I am going in a gym over 3 years , and as far as I know about human body , she pointed out the SIMPLE TRUTH , about how to lose weight, dont buy all that products that are recommended over YouTube videos or you will just stay FAT :D
@omglikemanngg get on a plant-based diet. No more animal products. Not only are they unethical but they are very unhealthy and can in no way be part of a balanced diet. Don't lose too much weight too fast though, it's not good for the body. Eat as much as your body needs, just stick to fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains... if you fry something do it in water (or keep the pan bare), not in oil, it's not really good for the body. Try eating a bit less than 1400 calories a day (count for a few days).
