About the music... It is a traditional and ancient music (a Heino version in this video), and it talks about hunting. Wildbretschutz is kind a clandestine hunter centuries ago. Clandestine hunters, as night hunters pilots. Horrido, the hunting "motto", was a Luftwaffe motto also, so I think that the music has everything to do with the video.
As far as I know no other pilot in WW2 shot down more bombers than him. Although pretty weird music, this video shows stuff I've never seen before.
