It is insane to believe the psychiatrists when they are trying to convince you that they are helping you. That is a predicament.

well said, and i agree that seclusion is barbaric and cruel and traumatizing for an individual. not enough people speak out about this or get involved enough to take the god complex out of the mental 'health' system the world over.
maybe one day psychiatrists will be dethroned
