This was performed in one of the Chinese New Year Galas a couple years ago... i remember watching it on TV. All the dancers are deaf (and so they're mute as well), and there was an interview done afterwards talking about how they learned their dance. It was basically working hard and like others pointed out, cues from their coaches standing in the corners. The woman at the front is also a world-famous dancer i believe, but all the others she is also deaf.
