I'm pretty sure the underlying theme here is that everyone in the diner believed the frozen yogurt to be non-fat, when there was really a lot of fat in it, which makes it funny that Newman is eating so much of it. So, it's definitely a great scene. Maybe not the best, but definitely up there.

Kramer seems almost unaware of the gravity of his situation until he almost leaves then he goes bonkers about it.
