Looks good, except for you don't really have a lot of resistance when you land (you just walk forward), which can be taking some of the speed away. If you push off and land hard (resisting), you might gain a little more speed...
i am a pitcher. it is perfectly fine to hide the ball. but you have to present the ball before you start your windup, after that, you can hide the ball as long as you'd like. :]
not sure where you heard that, but it is totally fine to hide the ball in your golve as long as possible. In fact, it's encouraged to do so. you only have to present the ball(while in the glove )at the beginning of the pitch
You must not play softball because it is an illegal pitch if the ball is not presented on the mound. Or maybe you just don't no anything about the game you play. It is in almost every rule book there is.

i leap of the mound like she does and i get called for an illegal pitch. so id watch that but i dont know how to fix it!

You can't hide the ball in your glove or else it is an illegal pitch cause the ball has to be presented for 2 to 3 seconds

to make yourself more effective against stronger batters make suree you hide the ball in your glove
