they help me A LOT to do not give up my recovery. well, , actually i am recovered now, but sometimes i feel like i want to lose some kg again , even though i am in a normal weight... but when i watch ur videos i remeber how wonderful is life after recpvery, so i keep fighting :)

I love the idea with the jeans... when I look in the mirror and want to see a skeletal figure, I remember how miserable it was to be dying in the hospital and that I'm lucky to have been given a second chance.
