Some states have different laws. Let's not jump in there shit all at once. It may be perfectly legal in their state to hunt like that. Here in ct all we have to do is step off the travelled portion of a road if were shooting on the property we have permission for. No minimum foot law. They also could be on a controlled hunt where they have to harvest a ton of deer. We don't know. I would check their laws before really giving it to them. Then again it could be totally illegal. We don't know.

I am kinda confused. Are they poaching? I saw a tag on the buck with the broken antler and one guy said he is filming because he is "tagged out". I didn't see them shooting from the road just next to a stopped vehicle which isn't illegal as long as they are outside the vehicle. Who's to say they just weren't driving through frozen fields? Not my kind of hunting but as far as I can tell from the video nothing illegal. Unless, of course, I missed something.
