  • Dear Santa...

  • is it only me or is the clip kinda of tilted to the side?

  • I have a question..... why is America going to use M4 series (Carbine series) rather than M 16? I googled it and the answer never came out... For the first time... google failed me.... In addition, what guns do you guys prefer (for eg I like G 36 and M 16A4... just ma style :P) ? Feel free to answer !!!

  • Since this isn't being exported atm, any companies make a high quality airsoft or BB replica?

  • is the weapon still able to shoot when a knife bajonett is mounted ?

  • Dear Santa....

  • OH MY FUCKING GOD FINALLY I SEE A REAL RUSSIAN GUN VIDEO NOT CALL OFSHIT

  • @TheZombieSasquatch And more luckily, this lovely rifle only appear on Real games like MGS4 and Battlefield. Never been on any single Call of Shit (Read: CoD) games (Except in its NDS version but that's out of factor)

  • but is it better than ak-74m in real world?

  • @cardude1992

Russian special forces wouldn't have adopted it as their standard rifle if it weren't better...

  • @NailbombSurprise i guess youre right. but i still dont think its more reliable.

  • The 2-round burst feature is not designed to penetrate armor, nor would it be particularly successful at this against the Interceptor or Dragonskin, for example. It's designed to allow the two rounds to be fired in the same time as one, and use recoil characteristics to ensure the two rounds are felt as only one long push after the bullets have already left the barrel. Thus you get semi-auto aimed fire (the backbone of infantry training) with more accuracy and twice the lead on target per pull.

  • @EntropicMisanthropic The 2 rounds hitting the same area would cause more damage than one individual round. If you got shot by this weapon, it would be twice as worst than getting hit by a single round from a AK-74. And Are you aware that the US army tested Pinnacle Armor's Dragon Skin and it was considered a failure?

  • @Sun6Tzu becuz the ceramic plated were to heavy for us troops. it wud have saved 100s of lifes tho.

  • Абакан.Один из высокоточных автоматов.Лёгкий и просто шикарный.Состоит на вооружении войсковых спецподразделений.

  • Did anyone else notice that the magazine is skewered in a weird direction?

  • @conick9599 Yeah, I still don't understand why.

  • That Gp-25 looks terrible as a under-barrel.

  • @Sun6Tzu The gun looks terrible period.

  • @FiveTwoSevenTHR It looks fine. An-94 advantages in every aspect compared to other assault rifles. In mid & far ranges. The 2 shot burst mechanism will deal more damage when the shooter hits a target, compared to others who only will deal 1 round. An-94 also fires 600 RPM on full auto which is much easier to control than other assault rifles. It's also longer in design than bullpups meaning it will win in bayonet fights as well. An-94 makes the M4 look like a childs weapon.

  • @Sun6Tzu I didn't say it was a bad weapon, just that it's fugly.

  • @FiveTwoSevenTHR I honestly don't care what this weapon looks like, if this weapon is as resilient as the AK's are, the design and features of this weapon make it superior to all existing rifles today.

  • Do you have an AEK 971 video?

  • WHY BECAUSE OF BF3?

  • @loismlsx No. I knew about the AEK 971 before BF3. It is my fav assault rifle.

  • Its not being exported, unfortunately.

  • @xavier6757 As someone living in a soon to be police state, I'm glad.

  • Once I dreamed I had one of these.

  • How much for the GUN?

  • @OutlawSouljah89 just a bottle of vodka at your local russian gun dealer...

  • @OutlawSouljah89 Join the Russian Army and you might get to use one.

  • Wait wait wait...>So ur saying It ONLY 3 ROUND BERST....HOPE NOT!

  • @LeapordSoldier its a 2 round burst...

  • Battlefield bad company 2 brought me here

    but it's a great gun

  • this gun is so fuckin sexy, i wonder if i can buy it

  • The hand guard makes the GP grenade launcher look akward.

  • this gun is ouaaaaaaaa

  • Thats 2 shots theyre shooting at the beginning ? wow seems like one bullet

  • the only thing uglier then russian weapons is what the guns do to their victims

  • can anyone tell me if the higher rate of fire with burst mode is higher only during 2 shots or it can really fire faster than on full auto if we shoot during 1 minute??

  • @xxxCRAZYLOVExxx Well, the AN-94 reaches 1800 rounds/min in two-round burst mode but also during the two initial shots on selected fully automatic fire, with following rounds cycling down to 600 rounds/min.

  • @xPBTx so if someone shot the 2 burst mode next to someone with full auto, who would have shot more bullets in 60 seconds? because i believe there's gap between every 2 bursts that can reduce the total rounds fired in 60 seconds

  • @xxxCRAZYLOVExxx Well, I will explain you what is the point of this two-round burst mode on this weapon; the AN-94 is chambered for the 5.45x39 mm, aka " Poison Bullet " because the factor of lethality of this round is very high for its category, however, this one is made for body kill, not for armor piercing, that's why the AN-94 has a two-round burst mode which able the rate of fire climb up to 1800 rds/min, allowing the two shots to hit the same point in order to pierce body-armor.

  • @xPBTx u know, thats exactly why i thought it fired 2 rounds at 1800 rds/min so they can hit one after the other at the same spot to pierce armor :), but now u confirmed it for me ;)

  • Enamoev, I was wondering....WHen it says "3/10" , do you mean the rating or score of the gun?

  • @kissmyasssuckers it means 3rd vid out of 10 that i have posted of Izhmash weaponry!;)

  • @enamoev Ahh!!! I noticed after visiting your channel! xD Kinda stupid of me xD ...Thank you for uploading these videos of these awesome weapons! :D AN-94 is my favorite! It's really brilliant!

  • @kissmyasssuckers u noob lol, its the third video

  • @xxxCRAZYLOVExxx So did the uploader say, asshole.

  • @kissmyasssuckers dont get mad bro, was just teasing you, nice name btw lol

  • @xxxCRAZYLOVExxx uh huh...? Yeah, my name is the living proof of no creativity at the time I made the channel. :P

  • 2-round burst! So awesome!

    I love 2-round burst.

  • a higher fire rate then an MG3 is hard to believe

  • @Xistanceowner Only in two-round burst mode which is 1800 rounds/min, in auto mode it has 600 rounds/min.

  • its unique model of gun not for export by Izmash

  • Izemesh wouldn't let me see all the insides :( Their spokesman was an asshole. I want to take this thing apart! How does this BBSP system work?!?!

  • is it more accurate at long distances than the ak-47?

  • @1978atcarroll yes,you can say AN-94,,Abakan,,its just perfect AK-47

  • @1978atcarroll The narrator just said that it surpasses all other modern firearms in accuracy while shooting from unstable positions, that means in stable positions it is even more accurate.

  • @1978atcarroll yes of course its more accurate... not only cuz of the system but of the caliber too! the 5.45x39... <<< used in Ak-74 is better in characteristics than the 7.62x39... <<< used in Ak-47...

this gun is not only more accurate than the 47 its most accurate to my opinion... in range of 200 meters or so the 2 bullets hit the same spot! the reason for it was to penetrate body armor... just so everyone knows... cuz people just yap saying its pointless!

  • @enamoev It seems to be a damn good weapon, from what I've seen. I'm still undecided about whether or not it surpasses the M-16, though. (maybe I'm biased, being American).

  • @enamoev That two round burst function is amazing! I hope I live to see the day when civilians can purchase a version of the Nikonov Assault rifle (though I'm doubtful). This is likely to be my favorite dream gun of all time, along with the AEK-971. I would love to see the Nikonov in action with a sound suppressor instead of the advanced flash/recoil dampener, although I'm not sure how a silencer would fare with a recoiling barrel and two round burst. But nothing is impossible!

  • watta a friggin awesome gun =D

  • this weapon is just like the m16 from russia, its awesome, but jams like hell and the fiability is very bad.

  • @linuxpowerification where did you found that info ?

  • @linuxpowerification whata whata what? is just like an m-16??? how is it like an m-16 please describe!!!!!!?

  • @enamoev

are you fucking retarded? im talking about reliability, its junk just like the M16.

  • @linuxpowerification lol u r the freaking retard by comparing this gun to any other gun in reliability...

have u shot the gun? have u been in the battle with the gun? how the fuck can u know what this gun is capable of? its like when some dickheads r saying AK variants r not reliable... but in all they know nothing about them! say something smarter...

  • @enamoev

here it comes the retardness... take your head out of your ass,or better put that gun up your ass and shoot.Like i would waste my time with you talking about something that is made to kill other people -.-

  • @linuxpowerification 1st of all guns dont kill people... people do! ever heard of this phrase dumb fuck? im talking about this gun not as a people killer but as a working mechanism... if u r being fed shit it doenst mean u can feed shit to others... keep ur shit ur self! and 2nd of all id bitch slap ur ass like a lil cunt for talking tough on here... winkstain;))

  • @enamoev

oohh dont give that crap psycho

  • @linuxpowerification ))))))))

  • @linuxpowerification

Guns are made to save lives. It is bad people who use them to kill people. Just as a steak knife is used to cut steak, but some use them to stab folks.

  • @enamoev

    Where do i get one?!

  • @linuxpowerification

    LWRC > all

  • R.I.P. Gennady Nikonov ...

  • gimmick gun

  • @GR3B3N hardly. when you fire a 3 round burst it feels like only one round and that is great for kill shots

  • @padrinoel it's shooting 2 round bursts

  • @GR3B3N you can change that

  • If only there were an airsoft version.

  • Excellent for special forces...but it costs too much for your average soldier to be equipped with it.

  • In the capitalist USA people are plants

  • nice weapon

  • best assault rifle I have ever seen. I wonder if it could be transformed into a light machine gun. did the guy in the video say 1800 rpm???

  • @rjrichar have you ever fired one? or even actually physically seen one?

  • @rjrichar Did. It hoever applies only to double shot mode - all the shooting in this video is actually the double shot mode, not singleshots althru it looks and almost sounds as such. The rifle is said to cost five times the price of AK74, and for all the complicatedness of its design it offers little advantage, so the whole design is dubious (no mater how interesting it is). It is said to be used by special forces, but IMHO thats just PR.

  • @rjrichar Yes, It has a maximum rate of fire at 1800 RPM but only when firing the two-round burst.

  • @rjrichar well, it is as it can go fullauto

  • in soviet russia, guns fire you.

  • Does anyone actually know how effective the blow back shifted pulse technology is against body armor?

  • GET OUT OF HERE STALKER!

Ive heard this weapon is extremely unreliable compared to the Ak 74.

  • @kop4321 anything is unreliable compared to an ak

  • @spritegamer Mosin Nagant beats it.

  • @kop4321 It utilizes a very complicated feed mechanism with small tolerances, so yes, you heard right. It is too expensive for general military use (5-6 times the price of a new AK-74), so no worries there.

  • @DamazViccar And considering Russia has a conscript army, not smart to make it standard issue. But, its a leap forward in to small army technology.

  • love this gun too much, have a style and poweful...I only choose this gun in BAD COMPANY 2....

  • @GUNDAMZGOK Please, stop with these video game comments. Really, it is sick that hose MW2 fags already spammed their stupid ''knowledge'' about guns in other gun videos.

  • this was made for muzziez. simply one of the best.

  • sigh.. what a brilliant weapon.... typical izmash quality weapons.

  • @BadCaseofFuck its 5.45x39 in the states its called a .22

  • @mishgun420

    no.

    .22 - 5.6 mm

  • @mechdog ok then whats the 5.45 in the states?

  • @mishgun420 5.45x39...

  • Comment removed

  • @mishgun420 LOL it's called 5.45x39 everywhere else. the U.S. seems stuck in its old "my way or the high way" style that they used in the cold war era.

  • @purplecurtisimo i realize that the entire world uses the metric system (besides America) and its much simpler then the american system, but i live in the states so i'm stuck using inches and feet :)

  • @mishgun420 You could un-stick yourself by using a revolutionary invention... it's called a calculator.

  • @YoungGun243 dont need no calculator i can do the math in my head when needed

  • @mishgun420 Its smaller than a .22, I have the proof in front of me.

  • i looooove this gun .you people who thinks this gun is ugly, well u aint got no style

  • They say the design is more complex and unreliable than the AK line.

The AN94 has only been produced in small numbers and may never be supplied to the whole army.

In chechnya the spetsnaz went back to the (7.62) AK's

  • That sliding barrel assembly is my idea.

  • An94 beast in bc2

  • i don't see why people think its ugly. personally i think its a sexy beast. 2 round burst recoil reducing barrel!?!

  • I'd Like to have a shoot with one of them any day of the week.....

  • Accurate, Lightweight, Modifyable, Powerful, Accurate. A great weapon.

  • They dont have an-94 in all call of duty series..haha.fail..i love Battlefield bad company. .

  • @nil1230 this weapons sucks monkey balls in metal gear solid 4

  • @stevengood12 uh.... and why?

  • @Kuwaga1 the acerecy, damage, the sights look retarted, not a gun for mgs4

  • however...russian guns are awesome and the ak74 is one of my favorites... but most russian guns are really really really ugly

  • @Askarion They dont really have to win a beauty contest, do they? xD

The looks are a matter of preference, highly subjective imo. What looks ugly to you might look great to others.

  • 5.56x45 has the benefit of commercial loadings and better bullet construction. otherwise 5.45 and 5.56 are near identical in their external ballistics (most ballistic charts of 5.56 are from a 20" barrel) hornady is close to releasing their 5.45 vmax and it fragments pretty good from looking their gel tests. as far as mil-spec 5.45 goes.. it doesn't fragment, but it does begin to yaw very quickly.. not as lethal as fragmenting but still creates wound channels which are difficult to treat/probe

  • Best gun !

  • @jmk0309 thats why the russians had to downgrade to a smaller caliber.. 5.45 in the ak-74.. because of the ballistics, size. and what the bullets are made of, is what makes them more dangerous. 7.62 goes in, and threw, while the 5.56 goes inside of the body, splits and creates a heck of a mess. the reason they downgraded on size, is because not only is the 5.56 deadly accurate, but it is also more practical, and lethal.

  • just watching this makes me wanna pwn noobs in BFBC2 with this gun lol

  • I would choose the H&K G3 over any weapon on this planet. I'm sorry, but 5.56 just doesn't cut it when you shoot to kill. None of this shoot and wound soft garbage, because the terrorists sure don't care with bombs strapped on their chests. You must remember the terrorists in Iraq today are usually high on a drug, so I would much rather hit them once or twice with a 7.62, or you can go the 5.56 route and hit them 4-5 times before the target is dead. Your choice.

  • @jmk0309 What makes you think one or two hits from a 7.62 would do the trick?

  • @jmk0309 this is 5.45... much deadlier than 5.56. besides, these days if you put a guy in a coma, he's more of a liability than another corpse.

  • @purplecurtisimo

Please do your research, Dr. Fackler's ballistic study conclusively proved the 5.56 is the superior wounding round of the two.

  • @jmk0309 or just a solid round in the head would do the trick

  • @jmk0309

people have survived .50 bmg hits... point is, it's all about shot placement... otherwise you're arguing about which round will make you more dead... pretty moot point imo.

  • this gun is so awesome i want one

  • To be honest I like balanced gas system better then shifted pulse one. Simpler and no doubt almost equally effective and cheaper to make as well. Easier to understand too. AK-107/108 and AEK-971/972/973 are very stable weapons too.

  • the best weapons!!!

  • When is Russia going to learn that low power cartridges were a mistake? US operators (and I'd assume their NATO counterparts) are dropping 5.56 for 6.8 SPC and 7.62 NATO No doubt Russia needs an improved round over the 7.62x39 because it's not terribly accurate, but they shouldn't accept higher accuracy at the cost of lesser stopping power. I'd almost guarantee when the US gets around to updating it's rifles (after the Iraq disaster is ended) it'll fire a heavier round.

  • @Nater245689 "US operators are dropping 5.56 for 6.8 SPC and 7.62 NATO" Bullshit.

  • @varanid9

Yeah, you don't know what you're talking about. Technically no rifle will fire full of water. Water doesn't compress, so a piston system won't be able to cycle with a rifle full of water. Rifles like the HK 416/417 and LWRC's range are meant to drain completely in about a second. An AK-47 will not drain so rapidly. Why don't you do the over the beach test with an AK-47/AKM and fire it after letting it drain approximately one second?

  • @Nater245689 an AK drains fast enough.

  • @varanid9 Why do you think the XM8 died a quick death? One of the reasons was it was 5.56. The US Army and Marines have produced very good marksmen. Guys that can hit targets beyond 400m with iron sights and out significantly further with something like an ACOG. Eventually some bullet bigger than 5.56mm but smaller than 7.62mm is going to become standard. It's just not going to be anytime soon since the US is dead broke from two wars.

  • @Nater245689 The XM8's death wasn't particularly "quick", and it had nothing to do with being a 5.56. The next service round will probably be less than 5mm.

  • @varanid9 Sub 5mm projectiles? Why would you even think this. 5.56mm doesn't have the stopping power, the range, or the penetration for current operational requirements so why would the DoD want an even smaller, less powerful cartridge? They wouldn't. Everything that's been learned from the last ten years or so points to a new catridge in the same catagory as 6.8 SPC, .280 British, or 7.62x39. Something along those lines, bigger than 5.56 and smaller than 7.62 NATO.

  • @Nater245689 Currently, the army is getting good results with heavy grain 5.56 bullets. Still doesn't have the range of .30 or 6.8, but most troops don't need it anyway (Afghanistan the exception cuz mountain and open terrain), anyway, "stopping power" is a myth. Statistically, .30 rounds also had many people recieve multiple shots and still recover, gun-geek magazine articles notwithstanding. Future infantry weapons seem to be going to high velocity sub-5mm projectiles (HK G-11 caseless ammo

  • @varanid9 The G11 was cancelled one, two it was designed during the Cold War. Cold War ballistics theory was all for smaller, faster rounds. Rifle engagements were to happen at short range while more powerful weapons (mortars, artillery) would destroy infantry at long range. What we 'learned' about ballistics in the Cold War is being unlearned now.

  • @Nater245689 The G11 was cancelled because the Bundeswehr couldn't justify the cost of such an expensive new weapons system when the fall of the GDR left so many unused AKs in their possession, while it seemed the Soviets were no longer such a threat. They were actually on the verge of perfecting it, the only issue remaining being one of overheating on extended full-auto fire.

  • @varanid9 Do you know what happens with caseless ammo when a gun overheats? It's a lot more dramatic than when a traditional gun overheats. They did play around with some higher temperature propellents, but this problem still haunts caseless weapons designers to this day.

So many unused AKs? No, they dropped the G11 for the more conventional G36.

  • @Nater245689 The AKs are in storage for issue in case of emergency, I know the G11 overheats, the project was killed, though last I heard, german SPECOPs still had them in inventory (they may no longer). It is just a matter of time before it is perfected, like everything else.

  • @varanid9 .30 rounds? What do you mean? 30-30? ..30-03? .300 Winchester Mag? .303 British? .300 Lapua Magnum? I'm guessing that you mean .30 carbine, in which case a very similar round in theory to 5.56mm. Basically a low powered cartridge with little recoil and little stopping power. You really need to pay attention to the other mm designation in rounds. I.E. 7.62x51mm, 7.62x63mm catridges (.308 Winchester and 30-06 Springfield) pack a lot more punch than something like 7.62x39mm.

  • @Nater245689 I meant .30 as in it really doesn't matter....most military issue FMJ zips through its target unless it happens to hit a few key spots of the body. The more powerful the round, the more energy it wastes beyond the target.

  • @varanid9 Oh, and Paul Howe doesn't think the lack of lethality is a myth. Maybe you should read what he has to say about it.

  • @Nater245689 And maybe you need to quit reading and go do.

  • @varanid9 Maybe you should. I've fired quite a few rounds in my day. No, I was not in the Army, no I am not an 'arm chair Barney Fife'. The Army isn't too willing to take you if you have had two ACL ruptures and metal in your hand. That said, at least I'm not some 14-year-old brat that pretends I'm some legendary operator. I'm just someone who is interested in and knows a lot about the science of killing people. A subject you have much to learn about.

  • @Nater245689 I have, I've been in the military and law enforcement. I still have a close circle of military that actually does the room entries in Iraq, not truck drivers and prison guards. Also, I study real world surveys of shootings, not gun magazine hype. You may not be a 14 year old brat, but you sound just like one.

  • @Nater245689 Being a "killing scientist" that has never killed anybody is the same as being a chemist that has never mixed chemicals. They just repeat stuff that they read and take it as fact when for all they know it could be false information.

  • @Tippet76 Yeah, sure it is. You're a fool. How many did Oppenheimer kill? Most of the people who design weapons aren't soldiers.

  • @Tippet76 John Garand, John Browning. They were never soldiers, yet they build some of the best firearms in history. As for Varnid's arguments, they're kinda hard to reason with when you see more guys carrying heavier caliber rifles into battle. But, he's just some 14-year-old Warsaw Pact fanboy who trolls Youtube. What can you expect?

  • @Nater245689 Also, electro-magnetic rifles and hand-held railguns also use sub-5mm rounds, and though I could be wrong on my next statement, I believe the "metalstorm" experiments are going more towards smaller, faster projectiles.

  • @varanid9 Hand-held rail guns? You just proved that you don't know anything. There are no hand held rail guns, there won't be for some time. The only 'rail guns' around are the size of a building and suck huge amounts of electricity. They have capacitor banks that would will dump trucks. They have to be rebuilt every few shots. The only field ready products from Metal Storm is a triple shot, semi-automatic under barrel grenade launcher. Your knowledge of weapons comes from video games.

  • @Nater245689 No, perhaps you should get your info from something other than magazine articles. Hand-held rail rifles have been experimented on since the 90s, but key word, experimental....so far. You can see solid projectile metalstorms on the history channel, for god's sake.

  • @varanid9 Wow, you've just proven your ignorance. Metal Storm isn't a 'rail gun'. It still uses powder just like a conventional firearm. The difference being the charge is ignited with an electrical pulse instead of a firing pin. Now you also could be mistaking coil guns for rail guns. Single stage coil guns have been made, but you'd need a multi-stage to do any damage and they are still very large. Maybe you should get some information, period.

  • @Nater245689 Never said Metalstorm was a railgun. You're right about me confusing the coil gun with a railgun, though. Gee, such terrible ignorance.

  • @varanid9 Anything smaller than 5mm would be too ineffective.

  • The M-16 is not as reliable as the classic AK.

  • @elmusulman1431

If you're talking about the old-style direct impingement rifles, you are correct. If you're talking about the new short stroke gas piston rifles for Barrett, LWRC, and HK; you're dead wrong. I've seen the LWRC and HK rifles fired when full of mud, sand, and even water. If you tried to fire an AK full of water, it'd blow up in your face.

  • @Nater245689 "If you tried to fire an AK full of water, it'd blow up in your face." Bullshit.

  • @varanid9 Yeah, that's why SOCOM itself requested the development of the 6.8 cartridge and rifle manufacturers like LWRC have received request after request for AR-pattern rifles in 7.62mm with barrel lengths ranging from 12 to 24 inches.

6.8 SPC was developed because US operators can shoot far beyond the effective range of the 5.55NATO round, even it's hotter Mk.262 variant. Even regular troops can now shoot beyond the effective range of 5.56 NATO.

  • @Nater245689 The 6.8 is dead in the water. .All these "requests" are mostly from Barney Fife armchair warriors who've never fired a shot in anger.

  • @varanid9. What are you, 14? You make immature comments on weapons and karate (you have to spar with protection to prevent brain injury). If you fully submerged and AK47/AKM/AK-74 you'd have to spend considerable time draining it. You'd have to take the magazine out, open the bolt, and drain it for at least a minute. It's not going to drain in one second. They can take mud, sand, whatever. They don't do well full of water because that takes a lot of specific engineering.

  • @Nater245689 well acctully for ure information theres video on youtube of someone firing an ak that was just in water it only takes 2 or 3 secs to drain, the ak, like most Russian guns, has incredible reliability.

  • @tayatay5 3 seconds vs. >1 second is a big difference. The time it takes to pop out of the water, acquire a target, and shoot is around one second. If you had to wait three seconds, you'd be exposed to god knows what. for more than two seconds longer. Which would you rather have?

  • @Nater245689 You talk like an armchair barney fife. Let me guess....you've already proven your ignorance of reality with phrases like "stopping power", and the assumption that 5.56 is somehow a pimple-popper....I bet you also think that fast handgun magazine changes are a really big deal, don't you?
