Glad you mentioned ICTS, a dutch based ISRAELI owned company run by former SHIN BET officers. Indeed. Chertoff is one dark character. He is all over the 9/11 cover-up, he was head of the department of justice and blocked all the evidence from coming out. He's also responsible for covering up the 93' wtc bombing, and WACO. Really a sick human being. His parents are one of the founding members of Israel's Mossad spy agency. I believe him to be a double agent.
