    I have a lot of music memories from this period of my life and from the north of Europe. Listen, for example, to a band called THE ZETTLERS and their versions of "Skinnie Minnie" and "Beautiful Delilah". Damn good!!!!!

  • My Dad was the drummer. He passed away 3 years ago, Laddie last year I think. Love listening to all the songs they did.

  • @miked5551 my condolences to you. I love this kind of music.  i'm a drummer, your dad looks has lots of energy and he makes drumming fun:) i'm glad i was introduced to the Guilloteens, beats the shit they put out on the radio and videos today!

  • @miked5551 Sorry about your dad's passing. This band was great. I'm from Buffalo, NY and I never heard the band before even though I used to spend hours with my transistor radio listening to WKBW, WYSL (and WNIA) back in 1966-1967.

  • I remember these guys. They were out of Memphis, Tennessee, same place as The Gentrys.  I always thought this was a fantastic group.

    That's right. I watched them perform in Memphis in the mid 60s. They were a great group--really popular in Memphis.
