I got to say when looking at kata's on youtube its strange to see how different one kata can vary between styles . .. my associations version of saifa has similarities to this but is much different. . . anyone know which style this is and what grade/level it is normally taught at?
Pretty good. The technique at 0:49 is an outside strike to the floating ribs, not an elbow strike. Check Sensei Morio Higaonna's saifa bunkai.
