Loving the vibe mate. =) Is there any particular secrets to mixing music videos? Because sometimes I don't know how to come away from a track without it sounding crap.
hay i run it with torq not that u need to know that for the question lol but i want to be able to use the video mixing controls on a exsternal mixer was wondering if there is any usb mixer out ther u can mapp the cross fader for that? as im an electro dj and dont scratch so it would be cool to uterlize the wasted crossfader?
I have a hacked 5.2 VDJ and video works fine, follow runebergen's advice, you need to run it on a laptop that will allow you to connect a projector or a pc that has a second screen splitter. enable the second screen and get vdj to use that as the output source.
why didn't you just get virtual vinyl. it comes with the compatible interface, i have no idea why you even have cdjs there? virtual dj is for people who dont own a set of decks... you can just mix using your keyboard and a mouse. virtual vinyl is basically the same thing, only you can hook up to some decks.
what kind of laptop is that becouse every time i use videos my software kind of freezes on me for some reason im usin a dell xps with 1 gig of ram 1.73 ghz is that enough
Virtual DJ Pro is the full legal version of the software. Unfortunately video output does not work in the Home Edition, or the free Hercules console version. Those versions are limited. It does not work in most cracked versions either, as they are cracked demos.
So best thing for anyone serious about Video DJing is to get the full pro version at the Virtual DJ homepage.
Nice Setup One Question How did you setup the Virtual DJ so that people can't see what you are doing in the computer and only see the Music Videos? Plzz Help.....
thats pretty awesome. So i'm assuming that your version is virtual dj pro? how'd you get the cdj-1000's connected to virtual dj, man i have alot of questions to ask you, lol, get back at me whenever you can,
how are you..hey i have a concern with my virtual dj,when i have my turntables connected to vdj and start playing both of my decks my BPM starts jumping around,its not stable,do you know why?really bothers me when i mix.

Sorry for the late reply.
Here is how to output from VirtualDJ to monitors or projectors:
1) You need VDJ PRO
2) Connect your projector cable to PC
3) Enable second monitor (extended) in Windows screen settings
4) Choose that 2nd monitor as output in Virtual DJ video settings

VDJ can be connected to Pioneer CDJ1000 by using timecode CD, that is free for all to download :)
