it is so wonderful to see Med in all his glory. He used to tease me as a kid when I came over to play with Ava. He, Joannie, my dad and my mom were very close. I miss Rex and Ava so very much.

I bought the album "SuperSax Plays Bird" back in the 1970s. I was impressed then and still am. In fact, I have the CD now....lost the vinyl. I always felt that they paid a wonderful tribute to my musical idol, Mr. Parker. They are still swinging I see and I am loving it. :D Thanks for the upload.
