I found out the ending song, that is the "Willow" song, It's a soft-techno style from a album called "Cafe Del Mar Aria" by Paul Schwartz. Though Its not this song.

I'll hopefully stumble apon this song soon.

@sexynerfherder The one used in Phenomenon was credited to a singer by the name of Laura Derby, with the background music mix by Dave Siebels. It's an excellently haunting and beautiful piece, but unfortunately the theme songs have not been released by either the composer or the singer
