Can someone help me with this? Here it is the week of Christmas and Hotels.com is still sitting on $452.50 that needs to be refunded back to my bank account. I've been promised a full refund, but...

As I poke around online, I noticed that this seems to be a reoccurring theme with Hotels.com. It seems that numerous customers (now former customers) end up waiting 30 days or longer to receive the promised funds back into their account.

LOL :D I like the Hotels.com ads. I think I found a new site that I like better. The site is allhotels. com. It is new I think and seems to have fewer hotels, but I did not have to pay until I got to the hotel and it had really good information about different vacation spots. I was also able to get a hotel at a better price. ;)

I anyone seen any tv ads for it? I have been searching, but no luck.

Wow I have been searching for weeks to try to find this and ended recording it on tv. it is funny I tried to search all sorts of terms. learn , how , to wait, turtle, race, etc.

But in the end, I guess if you guys are going to have 1 of your people post these to youtube, you need to train them how to add key words. lucky I am not the boss or everyday for the next 2 weeks who ever it was would be asked the same question every day. what do we add when we post to the web ?
