I think I read on Yahoo! Korea that it's supposed to be a love triangle between May Doni and the guy that was going nuts & the guy with the guy with the mustache. :P
The song and the MV is about a girl who's in love with guy #1, but guy #1 is gay and in love with guy #2 (the one with the mustache). So it's like a love triangle between those three people. Does that clear things up?
