It's cool that the Parkour and 3Running communities have grown up :) 2 years ago, everyone would have said "Flips are no Parkour, it's Free Running, change the name, blablabla!" and today, everyone understand what both sports are about!
if you guess want to recruit teams i suggest doing parkour and free running on campus of colleges. i went to a college and did free running with one other friend and after 3 days we now have 3 more guys and a girl who joined us.
Good stuff just not much flow, every time the camera angle changes they must of had to stop and do from that different angle.
