  • MSF makes me want to be a better doctor

  • Long live MSF!!!!!

  • A lot of you want to pursue msf after finishing med school. Don't you have to do your housemanship and get a license to practise? Even so, MSF needs more specialists than physicians if I'm not wrong? Let me know because I want to go as soon as possible but be able to help as much as I can also.

  • Great work! Would love to be part of it soon.

    Dr Sarosh(INDIA)

  • I'm doing this as soon as I finish med school

  • @BULLSHIT1173

And you can join the 130+ that have gone missing in Africa dumbass. DWOB have no clue what happened to them, they just vanished. DWOB will send you into dangerous shitholes where the natives will just kill you.

  • @Blahblobify Coward. Of course there are immense dangers present. The native people of Africa have to live with that every day. That's the whole point. I'm willing to put my life at risk to help others not have to as much. Fuck off, chicken-shit

  • @BULLSHIT1173

LOL Drs Without Borders = Drs Without Grave Markers.

I'll look for your face on a milk carton stupid.

  • @Blahblobify At least people have the balls to put themselves out there to help save others and not have to swear themselves to violence for a corrupt government through the military. Because of organizations like MSF, there are people actively trying to help the world without the use of guns.

  • @BULLSHIT1173

The negroes you help in Africa will just continue to breed without limit and demand ever more help. They will not appreciate what you do for them and will destroy you when they get the chance.

  • @Blahblobify Ha! Not only are you a coward, you're a racist! Which makes sense, because they usually go hand-in-hand. Obviously you're too stupid to realize that everyone is human and should have the right to a healthy life free of war. The people who make the harsh lives that third world people live a reality are hateful people like you.

  • @BULLSHIT1173

    I'm a race realist.

    You are an educated fool.

  • @Blahblobify Race realist is just another word for a prejudiced ignoramus. You cannot generalize a race of people to one behavior or another. That is not realism, because there has never been and will never be any scientific evidence that relates causation of any certain behavior to skin color.

Educated? Reasonably. Fool? Compared to ignorant jackasses like you, I look like fucking Steven Hawking.

  • Great video! Keep up the good work!

  • hi does anyone know where i can find subtitles to this short film

  • I love this charity. If you want a charity dedicated to Human Beings without influence from Regions or Political parties, support this one.

  • Though I'm not a MD but a biochemist specialized in bioanalytics and infectious diseases ... I hope to get a chance to work for MSF. I want to do something for others...something that matters. research is not everything.

  • @DasTata That is so cool. People like you make this world a better place. I'm sure you will achieve what you set out to do.

  • "long live the MSF!" - Miller. from MGS Peace walker ;)

  • I know a girl who wants to do this real bad. There are alot of people holding her back but I hope she takes the plunge anyway.

  • @kotulc fun fun. I'm just waiting for match day

  • @kotulc woow. 2 years went quick. Not yet lol, still planning on it. What stage are you in?

  • My opinion Nord Korea and Iran are placed for injustice with these sanctions Big protest I recommend four more Nations as a permanent members of FN securety council IRAN LYBIA SYRIEN LYBIA

  • If they work with their heart in that particular country. But not for specific intelligence as spies And take orders from them which is about treatment of their clients, I was a victim of ill treatment of a dental technician I realy hopes they do not take their bad work to the poor country mar kjartansson 24t blog Mingler

  • Im just a simple french canadien who works in construction. Ever since i found out about doctors without borders 15 years ago. I thought finally an organisation, none religious and no hidden goals of influence to simply spread help to those in need in the name of humanity! To all that donate there time and hard earned money to this cause. You are truly heros to me and give me hope for a better future for us all.

  • @orgchronicsiner they hate israel.... they are political.... and what's wrong with Religious charities? Salvation Army do amazing work.

  • @quincee33 I dont know (MSF) official stand on Israel, all i can say is my opinion. Im SHOCKED! you mean to tell me MSF is against a country with state of the art weapons, destroying schools, homes and building walls and check points against a 3rd world. On there own soil mind U! wow im shocked because right when i thought i couldnt love MSF anymore! As for your religious views, if you need a god to doo good, thats fine but i wont laugh at you if you dont laugh at me for believing in Santa clau

  • @orgchronicsiner Everyone digs Santa!!! as for Israel, they have every right to defend their country as the rest of the middle east wants to wipe them off the map... who cares if the Doctors come from Israel, Iran, Iraq, North Korea..etc..... they are there to help save lives. period.

  • @quincee33 Im glad you realize the bottom line is to help those in need. But what you call defending in reality, Israel is denying the red cross and msf access to those in need in occupied gaza! Which also just been called the worst spot on the planet to live right now. The truth is Israel commits war crime after war crime and no one makes them accountable. Guess thats what happens when you have big brother USA in your back pocket. Which is why MSF is so important, they dont take sides

  • @orgchronicsiner that's a good point!

  • I joining this organization once i finished medical school.

  • @DefenseRecon2142 OK CASTRAT

  • This fills our spirits with hope. Man can be so much more when compassion prevails

  • There must be many of us, because I too have also been planning on joining the organization after medical school. I can think of nothing more rewarding or helpful in this world then working for this organization.

  • The Doctor needs no boreders, he has the TARDIS.

  • médecins sans couilles et sans reproche...devant les cas de pédophilie qui se multiplie signé la pétition pour obliger les médecins a être obligatoirement castré pour exercer leur métier....

  • I cannot support MSF directly as I do not have the skills. But you can support them in other ways. I send a regular sum each month to them.

We cannot all work for them but we can support their efforts. Please send what you can.

    All the best.

  • I love people, I love travel and the outdoors and I would love to work non medical for MSF, maybe as a cinematographer on some of their more extreme outposts.

  • @smp236520 Im talking about responsibility on BOTH sides, we both need to do a better job.

I just had a big argument with dad about the meat. He understands where Im coming from but we wants to hold his "repore" with people. So we reached a compromise that if doesnt dab to much into it he can have the sausage while the rest gets donated.

  • @smp236520 Theres alot more then I though so Im meeting Kevin in Chattanooga to drop it off.

Im sorry for calling you a brat I take it back. I just want you to keep me informed on things no less then what I am doing now. You dont have to contact me, if you have to think about things I understand. Do whats best for you, you think about others all of the time it wont hurt to think for yourself. Take care.

  • @smp236520 bbbbbnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

  • I'm curious. after I've become qualified enough to work for MSF, can I get a permanent medical position there??

  • @ChipChipBreak There are now limitations.I have the offer to go on 1 year when i finish my faculty. You sign a contract, you get 800 euros per month in the biggining.Doctor how offered that to me was my neighbour for a year,he came to Serbia from Somalia,i have seen a pictures, heard stories and honestly it is the only humain thing remain on the earth

  • may god bless these people

  • I'm planning on doing medicine and hopefully joining msf when I graduate. I'm so impatient though, still a year and a half before i (again, hopefully) get into medical school.

  • i would love to join in the future

  • wow. I really admire these people.

  • you inspire me. as soon as i graduate med school and gain experience, i am applying to join you.

  • To those who aspire to these people's level-Keep in mind the places they go are dirty, germy, poor and very harsh and dangerous conditions-people in the US are neurotic when they a drop piece of bread on the floot and then have to eat it.-you better be able to handle all the aforementioned and worse-if you can then go for it!!!

  • I'm attending a recruitment information session next week. As a doctor, I was meant to doctor and not haggle with insurance companies. The politics of health care in the US makes me sick.

  • @Questinia

LOL@ Questinia's 2 year old post, she's now disappeared. Latest news is "Drs W/O Borders" have lost 130 people in Africa, their do-gooder mentality has made them Doctors Without Grave Markers.

  • Fantastic people and they have my spare cash..better than a porsche huh??

  • Wow, these guys really deserve their Nobel peace prize.

  • LOOOOOOOOOOL!!! xD

  • Your name is hilarious! Love it!

  • Is the H1N1 Vaccine Safe ?

  • Its safe.

Also, I had H1N1. Maybe I have a strong immune system, but it wasn't that bad. I was kind of disappointed actually.

If you are a baby or small child ask for the vaccine without thymerazol.

  • If you are a healthy adult, H1N1 offers you no risk of death...its letality is lower than human flu actually :-)

  • Yes. Millions have received it, including myself, and it is indeed safe.

  • im doing a research task on MSF and this vid helped me heaps! thanks!! =]

  • After med school, this is what i am dedicating my life to.

  • I want to have partnership to your group with ours!

  • I'm studying to become a nurse and I would love to work with MSF in the future!

  • Can you set up a hospital in New Jersey? That'd be great.

  • This is without doubt is my research subject for the MPH, I hope I can join MSF team one day.

  • After i finish my MD. This is my first stop. 4years left

  • @DinoHovind this will be my second step because before you can go there you have to have some practice, 2 years

  • I desire to help in this cause like nothing else; I believe this is what God has put in my heart to do. MSF is amazing. ^_^

  • wow thats exactly how i feel

  • As soon as i get my PhD THIS IS MY FIRST STOP! i want to do this soo badd !!!

  • @BarbieBooga Is it true you need to speak French to work for them?

  • @BlackLabelSlushie as far as i know you need to know english

  • I believe that the human kindness found in this organization, is the kindness our world needs in order to survive. This love and care for humanity will change the world! I hope anyone who feels this is their calling will follow their dreams!

  • Wow! This is awesome! A LOT of people in South Africa wana "Get qualified, and get ahead!" It's an expectation that comes from parents who never had that opportunity under the oppression of Apartheid. Ironically, there isn't much money to be made in this field... MSF epitomises what I wana do with my life, (when I'm dun studyin that is). Yoh, I'd be humbled, and honoured... especially since people from outside of our continent seem more determined to fight for our plight, than our own..

  • thats true

  • Gosh, I want to do this SO bad! but I have a lot of school before it happens.

  • me too

  • this my absoulute dream to work as this type of doctor, recently i have discovered what i want my career to be, i am deeply concerned with the human conditions and the unequality of the world. i really wanna help.

im going in medicene in uni but i wanna know if msf is full time?

or ifs there any other full time humanitarian aids oraginisation?

  • also you people are role models and inspire people like me to do more

  • I dropped out of school at the end of year 8 (Australia)

and am now almost finished a year 10 equivalent course (CGVE)

and it will take me at least a decade to get my bachelor of medicine- assuming I have to do my bachelors of science first and my year 12, is there another option available to me like a medic or even a wardsmen type position? Even if its with the red cross or any other aid organization for that matter. TL:DR do I have to be a doctor?

  • There are other positions with Doctors Without Borders. They accept administrators and other leaders, as long as they have strong background in medicinal work. So, no, you don't absolutely need to be a doctor.

  • thanks... positive comments inspire us, volunteers to work more and be accessible to people in need...

  • They do a wonderful work.

    Bless them and the children.

  • I´m brazlian and I´m in the 4th year of Medical School. I speak English and now I´m learning French. Next step: Become a DWB!

  • That's my dream someday! Best of luck to you! :)

  • study hard. we need you

  • That's my dream as well!

It just sucks that we don't have our own headquarters here in Finland so I'm gonna have to go through Sweden's msf. But maybe someday we'll have one over here too!

  • i'm studying psych--msf needs para-medicals too!

  • I am working with MSF now for more than 2 years.Sharing of experience, better understanding of the humanitarian needs and better look for ourselves was the main achievement.I have to say for those who are hesitating to join MSF do it and don't worry , you will be the winner.

  • you are what i'd "a humanitarian badass". bless you. i love you. thank you

  • ramzy... me too.. I was in Liberia last year and Im going to Sierra Leone this June...

Im not happy with private clinical work .. my heart shouts for field work..

  • keep the faith. i love you too. as a citizen of the planet earth, i thank you

  • im studying to become a RN with my bachelors, i am dying to become a DWB, i cant just stay in a hospital or a docotors office and i need to help people

  • You just named my life goal.

  • Hello everyone (:

im doing a school project about MSF.

I'm really intrested in interviewing someone who has been sent out working for MSF. Or someone who wants to work for them.

Please contact me if im allowed to ask you some questions..

    Hugs (:

  • i want to do this. im majoring in healthcare management

  • I will be there shortly for sure.

  • I love MSF! I was lucky enough to spend some time with a team in a Thailand refugee camp. I can say from first hand experience, they are a life-saving organisation providing care for people that otherwise would have no opportunities for health-care, food, water or sanitation. Long live MSF and thank-you to all donors.

  • i like you guys i wanna be like you , but did u have like voluteer work i wanna work with you.

  • Me, too. I´m gonna be a doctor without border.

I´m already studying French and English to do that....

    Hugs

  • Peace and blessings to you. How can I give clothes to the children?

  • after medical school, i'm there.

  • Bless you!

  • surely the political aspect is just as important. To truly help these people, political structures need to change. That's why medecins du monde broke away, they bear witness to atrocities

  • politcial aspect is imprtant yes but so is emergency response. It is good that there are different organisations with differnet aims. MSF try to focuss on emergency work, saving lives immediately. Others on politcial solutions.

    Also

MSF bear witness, they call it 'teimonage' and it is what seperates them from an organisation like the Red Cross.

  • do you need to be a doctor necerally to join them?

  • No. The name is a bit misleading. They look for a lot of different fields from Microbiologist, virologists, sanitation experts and many more. Although, you DO need to have at least a few years experience in the field.

  • Im at my first year now :) 6 year left for me to become a doctor.

To bad that MSF are not in Kurdistan and helping people there who were attacked with chemical weapons.

  • well, I'm in the 4th year of college (Medicine of course). I'll do my best to help you guys out someday.

  • This year I start medical studies at University... MSF watch out because Im coming (in about twelve years) :P

Good luck and love to all of you who want to be part of this great organisation too!

    See you ;)

  • Yes, I'm thinking of dedicating a few years to this after I graduate. That's still a long way off though.

  • What an organization! They should have more international support, especially from the United Nations and the International Monetary Fund! These people are heroes!

  • 2 years left in biomedical science, then 6 years of medicine, then im joining MSF, speak fench and english plus military training with irish army

  • Im doing an ISU on this organization. Its just amazing.

  • hey, im 17, and being part of MSF is my dream.

Its the only thing i want to do. Its Awesome how much they give in order to help people.

  • Stop please! ... I am going to cry ....

  • I'm 16 and MSF is my dream too. I'd love to be a surgeon and work for them long term. It upholds everything I believe in. Secular values, indiscriminate aid and indepedent of politics.

  • I am 17 too! Being part of MSF is my dream too!!!

  • I totaly understand all of you. I 'm 18 now and I'm thinking how to join them. I wanna do something for people suffering and for all people, all around the world. And I'm so impatient...

  • To join MSF, you should first get a degree and be qualified to have more to offer.

  • @bswow whilst your idea is great mate iam afraid its not realy a option unless your a qualified doctor or nurse- sure they get certain other people in like clean water techs in and things but they are a small number and certainly not the frontline bullet dodging job you might be dreaming about, indeed those jobs exist in a tiny capacity

  • Great Organization here.

Really help ppl in the world :)

hoping to join when i get my M.D. :)
