Everybody looks at Eddie Van Halen only. dont get me wrong hes my idol, but i give Alex Van Halen credit for being an AMAZING drummer And Michael Anthony for creating Van Halen plus being a crazyass bastard on that bass. and DEFINETLY David Lee Roth, from his screams to his rhymes, he is the man. Van halen is like Aerosmith. They arent really good unless theyre with eachother. Van Halen, Van Halen II, Women and Children First, Diver Down, Fair Warning and 1984 were definetly the best unlike 5150

I think that Dave is trying to look like Robert Plant in this vid. Dave is wonderful, Eddie did not want to hire him in 1974 because he did not rate him as a singer. But the EVH and DLR combination has just set the bar for all rock and metal bands. I heard a radio interview with DLR from 1976 when he was going on about VH is the future etc. And basically he was right. The greatest line up is Ed Alex Mike and Dave.
