  • CHECK YOUR MATH JEFF. NOT 5 CENTS/ A NUGGET, ITS 20 CENTS/ A NUGGET. JESUS CHRIST!

  • @CMD424582 actually ten cents lol

  • ill take a nuggit

  • those candals are nice

  • Search "mcdonalds jar test"

  • Those 50 packs don't exist in Canada....anywhere

  • @cutlerylover -I raise my own animals for FFA so all my meat is completely fresh...the expensive thing is when I don't want to process it myself I send it in...and the more expensive thing is the feed.

  • Omg ive never seen 50 nugget boxes ever

  • Hey apocalypse beaner stop your food sucks ass

  • gimme sum mcchikketty nuggets nukka

  • chicken nugget week mathafuckaaa

  • i wish they did servings of 50 in UK

  • Great video! Unfortunately, in many cases, it is cheaper to eat unhealthy. And there are other factors aside from cost, such as time & ability. While buying in bulk is generally a great way to save money on staple foods & spices, that's of little help for those who are unable to travel long distances, be it due to lack of finances or time, or disability. Cooking in bulk & then freezing or canning can be a time-saver in the long run, but not everyone is familiar with cooking/preserving food.

  • Health, environmental, and animal advocates need to focus more on food justice in activism. Food access is an often overlooked issue. I have a lot of respect for organizations such as the Food Empowerment Project, which integrates food justice into other social justice concerns. It's all connected.

  • Tex damn phone lol.

  • I know what a fruit is. Text Grebner!

  • Dollar menu's are tempting when you're broke.

  • lol as ur saying this im eating doriitos now... but actually i am a healthy peron. i play soccer and run for an hour at least 2 days a week, eat lots of fruit and veggies, and eat a good healthy breakfast and get lots of sleep. But i know it's not that way for everyone.... more than fifty percent of america is obese or overweight! so. anyways great video! :)

  • So you just threw away the chicken nuggets

  • @scoeylad1 i dont think so lol

in mexico mcdonals is more expensive, and also we dont have those large package of nuggets.

we only can buy 10 nuggets ,and they cost like 5 dollars with fries and a coke,

when i went to usa i bought the 20 pieces and i cant ate them,so i share.

and by the way cooking in mexico is great we can go to local market and buy fresh fruit vegetables and meat for lower prices than usa.

i feel bless now that im back in my country and come back to eat fresh cheap food

  • man, healthy food is cheaper in Britain!!!!

  • @thorfan4life why?

  • America: Where the poor are too fat.

Sub-Saharan Africa:Where the poor go to sleep with little to nothing.

  • If you eat pork your gonna go to hell

  • @ThorFan4Life hahahahahahaahahha shut up

  • i completely agree, im thinking about growing my own fruits and vegetables.

  • it really takes so much time to cook healthy foods for yourself...

  • Keep in mind Jeff that if you have a high muscle mass, you are probably considered to be obese. Its based on you heght and weght therefore you can be 5"8 and a 230 ibs of pure muscle and be obese.

  • usa scum 6 year ol and they dont no wat an apple is fuking stupid

  • @tricks888skills alien scum USA USA USA USA USA!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Everybody's wrong...obesity is whatever doctors say it is...the guidelines and nomenclature are frequently redefined and changed. Obviously, many factors...BMI, waist to hip ratio, total body fat, basal energetic output, caloric balance, weight, etc...one thing's for sure, obesity's an epidemic, at least in the US. BTW, I can only eat 33 nuggets, and BTW, I am in fact a medical doctor. and I smoke...oops! I eat fried pork chops, drink rarely, have tons of sex, and am pretty happy/healthy.

  • im in the uk and we can only get 20 max at a time...damn you fat kids!!!!

  • @petelloyd73 same as Denmark ;)

  • $9.99 for 50 nuggets is 20 cents per nugget.

  • lol im fat and happy i eat healthy when my health is effected not when im seen as fat

  • It's not about what you eat. It's how much you eat. I'm 6 foot 1 and 119 pounds, I have a 6 pack I work out twice a day for 30 mins and all I eat is junk. But the thing is I don't eat much cause I don't need it. I eat in a day like 6 cookies for breakfast I will then eat again at like 1 and eat a doughnut or some chips then for dinner I'll eat something like a big mac. I sleep for about 4 hours a day. I get up at 7 and go to sleep at 3. You don't need 3 big meals a day.

  • @DayLight95 your certainly a rare case, not many people who eat junk food, have a 6 pack and only sleep 4 hours a day..lol

  • @cutlerylover Where i live, this is not really true. A pack of chicken nuggets (6 pieces) costs about 4 to 5 €.

If you were to calculate that into dollars, that would be about $0.97 to $1.21 per chicken nugget. So, to get a Hundred-Pack like u have here, i would have to pay 121 dollars.

  • @DayLight95 your not healthy take a hint

  • @DayLight95 You guys smell that? BULLSHIT!!!

  • @DayLight95 thats such a shitty lifestyle tha nutrition is worse than people in prison

  • @DayLight95 6 foot 1 119 pounds is anorexic. You don't have a six pack because there is nothing to hide your bare muscle. You are extremely unhealthy if thats what you eat and sleep. I mean jeez, I'm 5' 6'' and 110 pounds and I'm mad skinny

  • @Tyler3594 Anorexic too an American :/

  • @DayLight95 No anorexic as according to any Doctor on planet Earth

  • @Tyler3594 No, I'm just not fat. Anorexia is a mental illness. I do not have it. You could be 200 pounds and still have the illness.

  • @DayLight95 Whatever, your insanely skinny dude! Having cookies, donuts, and chips all day ain't healthy! Thats all i'm sayin

  • @DayLight95 u have a high metabolism so u burn off everything u eat plus u can have a six pack n be unhealthy too because of all the junk food u eat,all i have to say to @cutlerylover is to eat 5 times a day every 3hrs breakfest snack lunch snack n dinner, eat alot of veggies drink alot of water, watch out for bad carbs n fat, excersice daily such as jump roping cus you will shed off the fat like nuthing, stay motivated, hav a goal n u will lose wait in no time

  • @DayLight95 I guess your one of the blessed ones :/

  • @DayLight95 exactly the same for me

  • @DayLight95 are you a teenager? that would explain alot

  • @DayLight95 your 119 pounds at 6 foot 1, thats light

  • @DayLight95 just because you're skinny doesn't mean you're healthy.

  • @DayLight95 trust me its about how much you eat AND what you eat

  • @DayLight95 concurring from you youtube videos....i seriously doubt what you said is true, except for the eating junk food and getting 4 hours of sleep part, seriously, get a life and stop lying in youtube comments.

  • @DayLight95 Yeah...you're wrong. You have a very high metabolism which allows you to do that. Most people can't.

  • @DayLight95 A side note, the best way to eat is 5 small meals a day.

  • @DayLight95 Skinny guy with a six pack is like a fat girl with big boobs. My opinion of course

  • @DayLight95 this is old but your a twig at 61 120 lol

  • @DayLight95 Lol you will die before you're 30 if you stay on that diet. Fat is not all in health, you might have a very high metabolism but all that sodium and shit you eat is really, really unhealthy. And lets not speak about your sleep habits...

  • I will say, I visit the USA every year, usually Boston or NYC. I'm from Toronto, Canada. And I have noticed that the obesity level in the USA is substantially larger than in Canada. One thing I noticed is price. $9.99 for 50 nuggets?! WTF. That's like how much it is for a 10 piece meal here. Kids don't know what a pear is? That's the saddest thing I ever heard. I agree, healthy food is expensive, even in Canada, but would you rather be obese than skinny? Idk.. it's fucked up.

    Good video.

    Good video.

  • Do they have something similar but for Harsh Browns? those are my favorite

  • Add in a 5 oz (raw) portion of chicken breast @ 1.76 per pound from walmart so that comes out to 55 cents to add some meat to your meal. Eating healthy is expensive? Sorry bro, but I disagree. You have to buy the stuff that you prepare yourself. The preparation costs are what is killing you. I estimate this meal I described below costs about 1.50-2.00 dollars to eat. That's with the meat. Add a bit of hot sauce for flavor for a few more cents and you're golden.

  • @tabre try organic chicken breast

  • @lihzh I wouldn't waste my money. In my opinion, the "organic" products are a scam.

  • Also, listen to this bro - Dry pinto beans are the cheapest source of protein you can buy. Brown rice is a very cheap carb. A 5 pound bag of frozen vegetables (california blend) is something like 5 bucks I think and that will last a week. So have a portion of each of these and you have a healthy meal for LESS or at most the same price as a meal at McDonalds. Granted, it may not be the most tasty thing in the world, but if you want healthy, that is it.

  • Jeff you can't afford NOT to eat healthy. Heart disease and other problems related to being over weight are much more of a financial, physical, mental, and emotional burden than choosing the right food. It is like anything. You must budget for it. Cut out some excess in other areas because you only have one body and it is THE most important thing for you to take care of. Buying quality ammo for your gun while buying total garbage to put in your body shows a lack of prioritizing.

  • I don't think my McDonald's has that 50 piece Chicken McNugget box... I don't even like those things, they are crap IMO and I don't even know anyone who actually buys them.

  • Jeff, great video. Please heed my advice and ideas. its actually 20 cents a nugget. Those nuggets taste great, so they make our brains release dopamine. After a while of eating yummy food, your body wants that dopamine release, and like a lot of drugs, it creates a chemical dependence. You can cook for cheap at home, but it might not taste great. dried grains and dried legumes are great for protein and carbs & also cheap. However, cooking asian, etc is a fun hobby.

  • I found out that bananas feed hungry the best, so if you are looking to stay healthy and are hungry for a snack bananans are a ver good choice.

  • I wish i could eat those nuggets... mmmmmmmmmmmmm NUGETS

  • you are a wise person. I think you should get a girlfriend, many girls would love to be around you. you seem a little lonely, but thats just a inference from youtube videos.

  • @67mustangreg agreed but saying "I think yo ushould get a girlfriend" it's not like he decided not to have one haha

  • Hey its the same all over the world. Government is trying to kill people off with cheap shit food and tabbacco and booze. Its the exact same in europe. A kid didnt even know that chicken came from a chicken. No shit. No jobs n stuff u see, too many people

  • a lot of the packaged stuff in your healthy section are expensive simply because people dont buy it much. i find a lot of those asian grocery stores, or even continental european and middle eastern small groceries to have similar items for a much lower price

  • Food prices in the USA are the cheapest food has ever been in history. Agricultural subsidies man.

  • jeff, if you want to save alot of money grow a garden, i do every year, and it tastes better to, you get a very proud feeling when you can eat everything you grew in your own yard

  • healthy food is so expensive because it's being wiped out in it's entirety. where there is an abundance of "bad food" for everyone across the world.

  • @poooochie its not a freaking disorder! the only thing it comes down to is what people CHOOSE to put in their mouth. Its just like smoking, everyone freaks out about the "Evil" tobacco companies, and you know what? it once again comes down to PEOPLE making a PERSONAL DECISION. Of course some people are susceptible to being overweight than others bc of metabolism or a genetic predisposition, but you know what life istnt fair that just means they have to work that much harder to maintain a weight

  • You need to have a garden full of fresh fruits and veggies. Freeze and can them so you have them on hand all year round. That is how you save money and it's a good feeling knowing you grew the food you are eating. As for meats, what till they are on sale and stock up, vacuum seal the extra's. Just some easy tips to eat healthy and eat cheap. Isn't difficult at all.

  • ok so me and my friend can polish off 100 nuggets no problem. we are both about 5'9" and about 130-140 +/- 5 and we arent obese in any sense of the word? whats your rant about again?(just saying) lmao chicken nugget week! and HOLY SHIT 100chicken nuggets is OVER 2 days DV of calories, aprox 4,600 (thats without any sauces or drinks to wash the tastyness down... oh and dont forget FRIES :D) om nom nom nom,, im glad my local micky D's is 24HR! i think im gonna go get a 20Pc for 5$ at 4:47AM EST:D

  • did you eat the chiken nugets

  • Chicken nuggets are cheap because they're made from scrap meat, skin, and connective tissue.

  • try geting a water distillery

  • good video good message, glad to hear you're eating healthy

  • like this just for the mountain of mc nuggets =]

  • Dude...I PROMISE YOU that its cheaper to keep the house stocked with unprocessed food that you have to cook yourself. My family kind of fell victim to the fast food and pre made prcessed crap for a long time. we decided to eat healthier and low and behold........the food bill went down!!!! Couple of reasons for that we found. but we found that buying un-processed or raw and fixing it here saves 20-25%

  • there's always subway

  • Fortunately, in my country fast food is more (or equally) expensive as healthier food.

  • Huh, interesting to see even way up here just south of the Alaskan Panhandle in Canada, we have the exact same brand of sugar snap peas for sale in the produce department.

  • We know you're going to eat the nuggets lolol. In all honesty, you can eat healthy for very cheap. But we're talking only the calories you need, eating terribly bland food, hunger pains, all that. It's hell. Sure fire way to lose weight lol. Everyone eats so much nowadays they think they need 3000k+ calories to live, but that's just bs.

  • hey...i like going poop

  • the problem is that the government gives subsidies to these big chain companies which is retarded...in theory fast food should be more expensive because it is more processed, u have to prepare them and so on and so on the government needs to give subsidies to these farms and not to the fast food *restaurants*

  • @memouson239 government gives subsidies to fast food companies?

  • Agreed Jeff they seriously need to make a serious price switch. Being healthy shouldent be expensive

  • I read all the descriptions :)

  • i agree 100% i've been eating sandwiches everynight and sometimes I just get sick of eat and need some fast food

  • LOL 5 cents a piece??

    MATH GENIUS

  • P.S. Yes i'm nosey Yes i'm still Reading HAHA not hehe

  • obese is 100 pounds over? i thought it was Anything over your supposed weight

  • @ikeehw obesidy does by other factoprs the 100 lbs is a genmeral number doctors, give if your slightly overwight your overwight, but when you really overweight your obese

  • @cutlerylover Not to but in, obesity is 20% over desired/healthy weight for your height while being overweight is being over 10% over desired weight.

  • @steviwonderbread I have seen 3 different doctors since being big and all of them said obesity means 100 lbs over your weight for the chart, height and age

  • @cutlerylover regarding obesity...even though 3 doctors told you this...obesity being 100 lbs over and all...well, you were misinformed by 3 doctors!! people blindly trust in doctors sometimes and it's scary. PLUS!! doctors are not nutritionists. nutrition is a science and ''we'' only take like 3 months of nutrition in medical school, then we forget about it. i'm 5'11'' 170 lbs and i am fat for normal parameters and nearly in the class I obesity zone if u can believe it...

  • I know how you feel! You should check out FOOD INC. its a documentary about our nations food on how they process it. Eating healthy costs more than eating right.. Its sad really.

  • at Costco in England you can buy 30 500ml Bottles of mineral water for £4.50, that's like 60 pence a day to drink 2L of mineral water, and that is a very healthy amount! no excuse for people who don't drink enough water with that kind of deal around.

  • 999 for nuggies i am lovin' it

  • look im 14 about to turn 15 in march im 195 or 196 pounds im not fat my gut isnt hanging over my waist but ya kno im healthy im muscular (not trying to say im strong in a braging way) but thats the way im built and i go to skool and see kids my age and even older looking like there dog gone 11 and 12 years boy im not fat but these peepl need to eat more i live in south goergia and i mean i work for my stuff i work constructioin during the summer now how are there kids my age walking arund 140ibs

  • this was a really good video man. it kind of made me feel guilty like i should be out there helping people in my town like volunteering at the local food line or something

  • what did you do with all those chicken nuggets?

  • They should have drive though groceries stores!!

  • You're right Jeff ..we americans nowadays would rather just hit the easy button for whatever reason.

  • You know wanna know to be healthy? Research the benefits of raw meat or raw milk.

  • Im sorry to say that i'm disappointed in you with this video. If you take the time to cut coupons you may actually find that a salad or lean chicken can be cheaper than a 6 dollar hamburger. Or drive the extra 2 miles to get a deal.I know i'm only 14 but I even know how to shop.

  • @kannolli7 mcdonalds hamburgers dont cost $6, the meals do, you can buy a double cheeseburger for $1...but that wasnt the point it was a representation of crappy processed food, you can also buy cheap frozen food at the grocery store for the same price as well, and WAY cheaper than to make what your buying frozen from scratch with no preservatives or extra salt...

  • @cutlerylover It will pay off when you don't have to pay for open heart surgery in a couple videos.

  • @cutlerylover Also a good healthy eating blog is "MeloMeals" She cooks REALLY healthy stuff for 3.33 dollars a day.

    Tell me what you think.

  • @cutlerylover sorry, i almost never go to McDonalds, My bad. Ik wat you meant now. I also saw this thing on how chicken nuggets are made and it is gross. And after showing 10 year olds from an inner city the process they all said that they would still eat it. Your right it is sad that these kids dont have the opportunity to eat right. Again sorry cutlery lover, my apologies

  • @kannolli7 wow your stupid kid...a 6 dollar hamburger? you know nothing about shopping

  • @laughs4charity I meant the meals at mcdonalds....my bad

  • It'll be chicken nugget week because McDonald's food DOES NOT ROT.

  • Generally I find fast foods more expensive. Oranges are pretty cheap when they are on sale as well as greens too if you buy them loose and not prepackaged/prewashed. I live in Canada though, so it might be different for the states. My only advice is to look for sales and only buy on sale items... similar to the way you use coupons. A little more effort, but worth it IMO.

  • isnt that 20 cents a nugget? i dont like mcnuggets anyways D:

  • I am dying with 3 days without you adding a film :(

  • cutlerylover good luck on your weightloss journey, i really dislike how alot of people just ignore the fact that they are ultimately becoming a tad too big. i take my hat off to you

  • i have a challenge for you and those chicken nuggets! Buy/make(if you want a healthy one make one) a milkshake and put a chicken nugget in the bottom it makes it taste pretty good just make sure you're not making a blueberry milkshake.(makes it not taste as great)

  • You should check out xkcd's "learning to cook". Can't link in a youtube comment, just google it and it'll be the first result. Fits your vid nicely. :)

  • Super Size Me that movie changed me

  • kinda funny how they claim fast food, super size etc is the reason for americans being over weight, most dont know when to put the fork down, 6 chicken nuggets will suffice but they eat 20, ohh its the fast food, is why im so big... eat reasonable portions you will be fine..i see so many ppl just gorge their self with food and wonder...

  • Also you should look into teas. Gunpowder green tea is great especially to replace coffee. Since the tea leaves are rolled the antioxidants get preserved better. Even though it makes me sound like a tea snob I would say don't go with the tea bags as it generally doesn't taste as good as loose leaf plus what you basically get is all the stuff that falls through sifters from that loose leaf(at least what I heard on youtube). Amazing for your health too.

  • You need a Woodman's near you(it's a local grocery store). They have the best prices around, I think you'd have a tough time finding any better prices(even with some saver card possibly). Though I'm sure there are some items you may find one day more expensive there than elsewhere. They aren't 100% local as you can find them in Milwaukee and I believe they have an east and west madison location...and possibly other locations in Wisconsin.

  • Hey maybe you'll be lucky and get a beak or something in your chicken nugget...I believe i've gotten a bone in a wendy's crispy chicken sandwich.

  • Kids don't get fat from eating 5 chicken nuggets. They get fat from eating 10 chicken nuggets, a medium fries, and a coke with 200 calories. Even if you are that poor mom with two children, you can pick up 20 chicken nuggets (Split between 3 of you), a bag of Romain lettuce, and some kind of complex carb for about the same price as 50 chicken nuggets... eating healthy is all about dedication and knowledge of nutrition.

  • @mkay0502 That's the problem though, most families that are lower class don't have that knowledge of nutrition, or the dedication to even consider eating better. It's a viscious cycle and i myself grew up in a home where my parents would rather buy us a large pizza, rather than fix us a salad. I'm an adult now so of course I buy my own food and eat nutritous, I just feel bad for lower income families, they're oblivious to the obesity epidimic and the poor eating habits.

  • You can knock the fast food industry all you want but I'd definitely prefer to be here in the states and obese than in Sudan and starving to death because my country isn't developed enough to provide affordable food sources at convenient locations. The reality is that we're simply ahead of the curve here in the states and our portions are much higher than other countries.

  • Math failure...

  • its not 5c a nugget, but 20c ! 10$/50pcs = 20ct/piece

  • I am fat. Not because I eat McDonalds all the time(maybe once a month at the most), but because I can cook. I can whip up a bacon cheeseburger with cheddar cheese no problem. I make ramen noodles with bell peppers and beef. I make a KILLER spaghetti, with plenty of garlic, my own sauce and Italian sausage. This is why I'm fat. Not because I'm lazy, or because I get buckets of nuggets.

That said...if you wanna eat 100 nuggets, fucking go for it. They're delicious.

  • I think mcdonald have diffrent worker / manager , sometimes they don't even care they just want money you want 500 burger they wil make it aslong u have the money

  • I love watching your gun, knife, and tactical reviews, but I absolutely love your cooking, and food reviews! On another note, concerning this video, I agree with you, eating healthy can be very expensive! However, I think that if you budget properly you can do it. I also think that its important to eat foods that are alive, meaning fresh plant based foods in substitute for processed. I'm no nutritionist but i believe if you can stick to that you can do well. Keep the food reviews coming!

  • you better share those nuggets or ill tell mom.

  • ALL MY HATE TO YOU

since Canada does not have 50 nugget deal T_T

  • Buy real food because you're worth it!!! A lot of guys will spend big to buy the latest wiz bang tactical toy, then buy a bag of fast food crap to throw down their gullet because it's cheap. We need to start taking care of the most important piece of equipment of all, us!!!.

  • Good food is expensive because that's the real price of food. The fake bs chemical antibotic laden plastic corn/soy industrial food is cheap because its phony food. Read up on the 70's when food prices were going up and the govt's directive was to create cheap food. Jimmy Carter and Sec. of Agriculture Earl Butts started the trend for cheap food like the use of hfc because sugar was getting so expensive. Sorry bro, If you want real food you're going to have to pay more. But hey you're worth

  • Little kids are fattened since birth with international companies' products. Doctors no more recommend breast milk but artificial foods. Most obese people are in the working class because they simply can' t afford a healthier lifestyle, so international companies get richer selling their GMO fake food to poor people, fattening them causing them to need medicine and food supplements. It's a never ending cycle. One thing you can do if you have a patch land grow your own, before it gets illegal.

  • i think its great u r trying to eat healthy in fact u inspired me to eat healthy such as cutting out soda and just eating better in general because i am heavy set i wouldn't consider myself obice but i am heavy set like i said i think its great and keep up the work

  • Whole chickens are cheap. Remove the skin and fat, cover and roast them. Simple veggies. Cheap carbs like brown rice, wholemeal pasta. A little fruit per day. Run 3 miles a day - doesn't cost a thing. Get two dumbells for less than the cost of a week's gym membership and perform a full body workout.

It's not expensive - unless you're unemployed and supporting a family or something.

  • Costco my dude. Buying in bulk is excellent for families.

  • @thamastaofCOD yah not posiblr i live like in the back woods

  • @thamastaofCOD but thanks for the sugestions ima try to find some of those wholesale stores

  • i know what you mean jeff i currently am having the same problem but i try to eat right, i'm healthy but i'm currently 216 lbs but i need to get down to like 160 for the national guard this august and it just so hard with like the Stuff they feed us at school and my options at home i mean they probably spend more on a prisoner's lunch here than on a students. and theres the fact that i had a strip of bacon on bread on some bread before school and i had ate less grease than the school breakfast

  • its a disgrace that its easier to be fat and eat 'unhealthy'.

dont take that as a stab at fat people im 15 and i weigh 310 so...

  • great video Jeff, Thanks for everything.

    Wranglerstar

  • im eating chicken nuggets as i watched this not mcdonalds tho

  • When's your next balisong tutorial??? It's been months, all you've been doing is food reviews and reviews of the same ol' boring folding knife... I know your videos are meant to be educational, not entertaining, but c'mon... :\

  • @cutlerylover you shouldnt drink the tap water if you can help it. the water companys over in america dump floride in you tap water...

  • hmm chicken nuggets. i bet i could eat all those lol...

  • ramen ramen ramen! lol jk

  • mannnn , im from belgium , love your vid by the way , and here its totally different , fresh fruit , a fresh steak , and vegetables are pretty cheap , while mcdonnalds in belgium is just expensive and looked on as pretty stupid around here , i know its a country filled with retards but i find it verry disturbing to know there are kids that dont know a tomato , the diet in america just shocks me over and over .. again( sorry 4 the bad english)

  • I work a lot of nights. Its really hard to eat healthy on nights. The only places open are kebab/pizza shops. I refuse to eat McDonalds, I just don't like any of their stuff. I will eat the odd burger king though. How ever in the UK I find a lot of these things are expensive. You can spend £5 (about $8 dollars) on a take away for one easily. A good fish and chips (yummy!) £10 (1$18). I can make healthy food for less when I work in the day.

  • I rant about this stuff all the time. Food in general is expensive, if I bought all the stuff I wanted to (all fresh fruit and veg and meat etc) every week my food bill would probably be double. It's even worse here in the UK with our 20% v.a.t, but still a major problem in many different countries. I usually refuse to eat from MacDonalds or the other fast food places. Eating healthily is almost impossible for any average working class person or family. Love your vids, keep it up.

  • Just google for >scoobysworkshop quick healthy meals< and read the nutrition information on food (Scooby has an article/video on that, too). You don't have to be as strict as him, but don't cheat on yourself.

Also, burning calories is the second part to eating healthy, so do some cardio for half an hour on 3 days a week.

  • Amen Jeff, chubby men unite. LOL

  • In Sweden Healty things are were cheap but the mcdonalds and burger king are very expensiv!!

  • I was just eating nuggets when I saw this video.

  • I so agree. We choose to eat healthy and out food bill is horrible.

  • Right after I watched this my friend called me up asking me if I wanted to go get some nuggets. X)
