  • lol when you're holding him he's looking around like "wtf"

  • love his little flailing legs when you picked him up at the end there

  • I'd much rather see their heads chopped off.

  • 0:50 can we eat it now?

  • We've got an African geese couple on a petting zoo nearby.. Everyone knows to steer clear of them when they've got young. XD

  • lol "death defying acts of courage"

yea beware of the flapping feathers.

  • I had a female pet goose just like these~ I miss her .. she dies a few years ago 12 or 13 my sister was taking care of her and gave her away to a bird sanctuary~

  • silly goose

  • That's amazing that that one let you pick her up! She was very well behaved. :)

  • If you want to view the wedding, search for "Papa Goose Wedding" on youtube.

  • This is so cool! We have two chinese geese on our pond. Our male who lived alone was severely injured and spent 3 months recovering at the local vet clinic where he met the new love of his life, Cindy D., his nurse/tech buddy. When we returned him to his pond, we decided to arrange a marriage for him to a beautiful white chinese goose. The wedding was yesterday, and the newlyweds couldn't be any happier! They are very tame with us (the two Cindys)...we luv our Papa and Mama Goose!

  • They bow to their majesty. :)

  • i have the same type of geese

and yeah they are a pleasure aren't they

  • What does it mean when they bow their heads like that?

  • that was cool.......thanks for sharing that

so I think the goose is on love whit you :)

that's funny, good luck whit it!

  • I can remember going to the Cackle Hatchery and getting Chinese and African Geese. They were little, fuzzy darlings. When they were big enough to go into the yard, I would let them out and they would follow me around and I could sit on the ground and they would come and nuzzle me...they were fascinated by my shoelaces. I adored them. And we had a pair of black ducks that would catch snakes in the yard and eat them!!

  • Bonnie & Clyde Chinese geese they lived here with us over 25 yrs.We now have a pair of black swans ,I will tell you B&C were much more fun they had a great sence of humor.I really enjoyed your video and the music it brought back fond memories of B & C and for that I thank you both !

  • I Also have pet geese..... people think we are weird ha. I find that the female ones are friendlier than males. and once you introduce unfriendly geese to tame geese it turns them all into ferral beasties! but they are great entrainment. from the safety of my house ofc

  • i love geese im exactly the same way with geese i've always found ways to let me pet them lol!!!

  • The geese are Chinese or asian swan geese and some do hiss/ friendly ones do more of a honk- The African Goose looks similiar but has a Gobbler hanging flap of skin under peak and less of a knob on the head

I feed the wild ones that live on the creek behind our house- one pair bonded with a different species a regular duck- i have only known them for 3 years or so

they are cute and pretty tame- very loyal to each other like Swans

  • nice!

  • We have Chinese geese; they are the most flighty things.

Probably something wrong with them :)

  • nice vid. that's so cute they follow you around and come when you call them! ^_^

(nice camera job too, for a 10-year old)

  • Wow! Act like a goose - think like a goose. I love geese. But all they do is hiss at me :(

  • Thanks for your nice comments, Mainegoose and Melizard,

I am lucky that they don't bite my nose off or something... ;-) Actually, I've had the little darlings since they were goslings, and they've followed me about ever since. They actually come when we call them. I love how their big flappy feet just hang there when I hold them. They are definitely the clowns of the barnyard.

  • I love how they just let you hold them like that :)
