Hey MR,
I didn't know that Lindy and Juleigh were in Hustlers magazine. Just kidding, i knew what you meant. ha ha ha.
On youtube, do a search on: reverse hook expertvillage.
There are 2 clips of a guy who does a jumping rvs hook and a standing rvs hook. he is smooth and has perfect form. Alot better than I could ever do.
Sadly, I am not yet able to do the jumping rvs hook, but I'll get there. Keep working out.
