That is certainly not Baccano. The story setting is too modern and it's all just fighting in the streets etc. Never seen the Anime; Durarara. Still though, Baccano is not like this, nor is it the correct Anime. I can agree that the style is relevant to that of Baccano, but not Baccano itself.
