This winter is one of the hottest summers i have ever seen. We have had virtually no snow.. and 70 degree weather in january. It barely even dips below 32 degrees. 10 years ago, different story. I have yet to even use my winter coat and its FEB! Even the weather man goes, doesnt anyone know its FEB? But the 2012 marks celestial events before a new calendar begins.. factor in all the other issues (galactic alignment, approach to dark rift....) and you have a recipe for many catastrophies. but Mayan's and Hopi are/were expert and meticulous with astronomy and cosmology!

@Zanins This a thousand times. I grew up in the backwoods in TN with my grandparents. They were self sufficient most of their lives. We had TV and went to the store for food, but we also had a big garden, canned most of our goods, and had our own animals. I learned how to kill a pig when I was 9 years old, by..killing a pig. Also learned how to squirrel/rabbit hunt. I'm so glad I have that knowledge now. Don't get me wrong, I love my compooter and games, but at least I might survive on my own.
