@thiagosats That is gta 4, which was badly programmed for the computer... And it doesn't lag if you have a good computer.

Gta v, will hopefully not lag, as it will be developed on the pc at the same time as the console version, not 1 year later like with gta 4.

Gta 4 is awesome..... I have it on my laptop with a core i7, and i can play it on high settings. And gta 3 demands much lower graphics, but still, i hope they program it really well so it plays smoothly on the iphone 4!

Wow, GTA 3 looks awful in iPad. Looks at the low-resolution texture and the bad reflection. I don't think that this is Rockstar's fault. That's the proof that the iPad may be useful, but it's not a good gaming machine and that port a fantastic PC game in a tablet with a mobile OS is very hard, if not impossible.

This looks pretty bad on iPad. I prefer it so much more on ps2 or PC. It's probably even cheaper for them and PC version haves hundreds of mods and better framerate and graphics, ps2 haves better controls and it's one and only original.
