@morgan10ism What do you mean???Make them work? Or actually ''make'' the clackers??It seems to me that in America anyway you are still able to buy clackers, either on string like the original, but plastic balls, or on plastic ''sticks;'' which makes it a whole lot easier to clack. My ones are real from the very early 1970's.I suppose you could try to make some yourself if you could find suitable and hard material for the balls, then just drill a hole, add string and keyring.:)
I got the very hard plastic ones yesterday. Just go to a parade or a fair and find the guy pushing around the shopping cart filled with stuffed animals and stuff they have them there. They work just the same
it seems like every clacker video on youtube fetures people who are ok but dont have the ability to go really fast i mean i can go fast enough to they are a blur and i can do it for about 3o seconds is my max but i have broken my wrist twice from them so yeah i am ramblimg but just wondering if anybody knows a viedo of some one going realy frickin fast
@supercoolmario123 Hey, you make me feel REALLY old!!!:):):)...But I was younger than you when I got mine, 7 or 8 years old maybe. My sis, who was younger than me, got bought a blue pair, mine were orange. We were on a coach trip to the seaside, and were bought them in a shop by my mum on one of the stops back(you would say restroom break). :)
@conley1112 Thanks! I could have gone on more clacking but I was afraid of tv and computer in room! Just get momentum going carefully, and when the balls are almost parallel give a quick flick down first and then up...and down and up and down...
@queenofsingin99 Well, I was looking around the other sites and surprised to find they do in America, but I dont know where, because so many kids have them! But theyre not like the old ones - longer string, and the balls are made of very hard plastic or persplex. These were glass, like big marbles. Best thing look on the internet , maybe you'll find somewhere to get.I hope so!
HOW DO YOU MAKE EM!!!!!
