Ya it's usually called a works (works is the toilet cleaner; hence the name works) bomb (withouth the BBs) and its illegal as far as I know. It's somewhat difficult to get all the materials to get it working.

the down side is that its made of heap plastic and cannot be reused. also the lag time is very great and is not useful for sswat or full combat wars. i presume that they are using baking soda and vinegar it explodes with not a great deal of pressure. it is also very messy to clean up if you are in an indoor arena. there are alot of down sides to this grenda but the thing is that you might hit your target if you time it right and throw it right. u dont want ur enemy to throw it back with the lag.

it taks too long to explode. you can make on by getting an empty water bottle put in an inch of bbs about five balls of tin foil the size of the bottle hole. then fill it up 3 inches with toilet bowl cleaner. it takes about 45 seconds to explode but its free if you have the materials.

@ChrisJustinParr It's not glass, it's plastic. The plastic doesn't shard at all, they have a video up where the guy holds the grenade in his bare hands as it goes off and he is fine.
