Point taken on board, just a proud mum who kept a steady hand to video the important event and really appreciated an insite into my son's world (who is everyone friend in Uni') and was very impressed with his choice, when everyone was opera and hairy faced folk people, he blew me away (and he does actually sings this way) I never thought there was an artist out there that did a simlar thing x

Sorry, as far as we the general public knows, it's some guy in a weird "A"-shaped jacket with a crush on Tom Waits, and so it's going to get some harsh feedback from people who are familiar with the tune, whether they like the original or not. For future reference, think about what you're doing enough to post an explanation so that you don't expose shy people in a light they may not enjoy.

You should be a wasted man rather than acting like one in order to perform this song correctly. Still, you probabaly sing it better than many people out there.

IMHO; this song is not funny, it's a masterpiece. One of the most creative songs that I've ever listened to.

Needs a cigarette but pretty good :) You need the "Heavily" part to really sell it though.

this song is nearly impossible to perform correctly if you're not sloshed or Tom Waits, or both. good effort though, I suppose objectively this is good.
