  • I like this work. Going to put this is my Art Log

  • uhhhhhh........Ok......THAT is art??? I guess it's in the eye of the beholder, because I sure dont see it. Imaginative, though.

  • Kudos to the videographer for setting up a tripod for each shot. Good instinct to edit out all but the impacts. I like how the boxing glove and boot joins the canvas (and the dropcloth and the operator) in changing from pristine white to a speckled chaos. Seems like a way to breathe life into one of those pretentious gallery receptions: everyone gets to Oooh and Aaaah with every impact.

I also liked how the glove/boot seemed to make follow-up "dabs" on some shots.

  • Brainless UnArtistic Minds at work LIVE !! I'm sure they Gota Government Grant to make that thing, and without a Doubt they are Liberal and Untalented. Brad Brown

  • obviously not liberals, liberals are much more creative and artistic this looks like the work of conservatives using a new outlet to promote their violent ways

  • Those Violent ways Protect US from being Killed this is NOT Violent this Is Stupidity in a Cage with a Paint brush. You call this Violent. Join the war and see what the enemy wants to do to You. That will give you a taste of Violence

  • I think it's pretty neat. I mean art is whatever the artist wants it to be right? It's all about self expression. This guy felt he had to express himself by slinging objects and paint onto some huge board. I guess thats his thing.

  • Where would u hang that piece of crap. Good for a laugh. But wasted energy.

  • Thats NOT art.. and screw youtube for making this a "pick of the day" what a joke.

  • u r a i dot

  • That just made my day. Thankyou

  • That has got to be the most creative way to make art, yet the crappiest art ever made, lol.

  • Pick OF tHE day I sEe!

    VeRy NiCe. YoU dEsErVe It

  • nice this is a pretty cool idea. i thought it was ashame the top wasnt getting painted because of the way the puching glove worked. anyway it turned out okay. creative

  • great job Abe! nice editing as well. I really like the last little flurry of art attacks on the book. I noticed you only used one or two shots from the extra footage we shot.

  • I like the finished product. It is appealing to my eye. It also has that representation theme that I think the artist intended. Plus the artist(s) is/are a showman as well as a very practical person.

  • great job on theese! i love em.. i still want that job at that big pop maching lookin thing LOL

  • Greetings. I had a thought. You should combine this art creation method with big high ticket charity events. Have the attendees choose brush, glove, boot, paint etc like you do now except have the finished work as one of the bidding items for the charity event.

The exposure would be grate for you down the road for the sale of your things, the charity would get entertainment for their attendees plus I think more people would bid on the item because they helped to create it.

  • another unique peace..though u did kinda reuse your last idea dint you?

  • this is interesting some1 should get there and take a punch or 2 xD

  • Weird and fascinating. Kicking and punching the crap out of the past (metaphorical past, or not) is truly inspirational. Wish there were tiny pictures of George Bush and fraudulent artists embedded somewhere within the structure - hey, but that's just me.

  • Wow . . . congratulations Abe, looks like you've scored a true knockout with this one!! The level of craftsmanship you put into the sculpture alone is remarkable, the performance aspect is icing on the cake. Furthermore the concept you are addressing really grabs me. Thanks for sharing it on youtube.

  • Congrats Abe!!

Part Rube Goldberg, part P.T. Barbum, part Jackson Pollack, and a little bit

Marcel Duchamp. Totally original, audacious, hilarious and satisfying.

Way to go Abe. It was worth the wait! Keep exploring!

  • This looks like the culumination of the red button and knockout artist. But louder, more violent, and and and.

I love to see how your works evolve!

  • In a time when almost nothing is original, it is a HOWL to find someone with the balls to be uneqivocally unique. Someone who DARES have a voice. Bravo.
