@DannieMcFly one of two ways, Aunt Drosselmyer new about the whole thing, kept it mum, is magical and brought him back, oooor he used some left over magic from the locket. either way it's a timeless child's movie, there's bound to be a couple of plot holes so don't question it ^^;

@DannieMcFly lol The aunt must be magic or something, because she was the one who gave Clara the nutcracker in the first place, and then she invites Eric at the end for dinner, then drags the little brother out of the room so Clara and Eric could be alone..So she must have known something. But that's the only reason could think of haha :D
