@xMoondie ***I had the same problem, to solve it i downloaded and installed an older version of Easy BCD (i used 1.7.2) and after it installed i clicked on the "manage bootlaoder" tab and clicked "write". I restarted my computer, it opened in vista, THEN i followed through with the video about adding the XP to its drive and all that other stuff on Easy BCD... ***

@hsmboy2 It depends. If you are able to find drivers for XP for you specific computer, that is if your computer model supports XP, and you know what you are doing, then yes, it will work.

1GB is just the amount you need to run vista. That's a different matter Usually 3GB Computers always has a 64 Bit Operating system to do more tasks.

Actually x64 XP is not a memory hog. It is just a myth that it requires more RAM or power in general. Altho x64 XP can recognise more than 3.5GB RAM, while x86 can't.
