  • Invention No. 8, BWV 799, in F by Peter Serkin.

  • OK, awesome, what that means is: you'll be driving down the street one day, and all of a sudden, the name of the song will flash into your consciousness.... and when that day comes, i would appreciate it if you would pull over, write it down, and email it to me!!! =D

  • shit i have heard this before >.< i cant think of it ...damn

  • @lovefan18 That would be super-cool if you could think about it and tell me later... I've been trying to figure it out for over a year! =oD

  • @pignanelli ill keep trying and what rly sucks is tht i learned this song in my piano class 3 years ago but i could never remember the name

  • @pignanelli have u tried to copy it onto like a music website? i did tht once and it scans the stuff and finds the match so it tells u the artist,cd it can be found on, when the song was made, and stuff like tht

  • @lovefan18 My friend Ryan Larson is a great local jazz pianist who played this expressly for me - and I recorded it - some years ago. It is a one-off recording, and unlikely to exactly match the chord structure in a database because of the way jazz pianists play fills and chord substitutions, but I will try the iPhone app that names a song - although again, I think that works best with fingerprinting popular (and well-circulated) recordings.

  • @pignanelli lol ok

  • Theme from 'Chess'

    by Newell Oler?

  • Interesting guess! - I doubt seriously that that's it because it's not something that we would think to do, but would love to hear it if you have a link!
