  • i like Chopin :)

  • Beautiful pipe!

  • "It happens to be Fredrick Fucking Chopin, Music Lover"

-Doc Holiday, in the movie Tombstone.

  • GREAT music man! Chopin is awesome! What do you think of Peterson pipes?

  • Can you tell me the composer of the song play? Someone in the comments said dubussy but I'm pretty sure this isn't him.

  • @Mthw7 Well, It actually is Chopin. But exactly which piece, I need to dig in some more.

    Thanks for watching!

    Cheers!

    Michael

  • @rehfeldttw chopin nocturn number 2

    Cheers!

  • I really like the cap. I have been trying to find a patchwork hooligan for sometime without success.

  • I really like the cap. I have been tryin g to find a patchwork hooligan foe sometime without success.

  • beauty. nice looking pipe. Is it heavy? I thought of ordering the berry cobbler and strudel... what is wrong with the berry cobbler? Sounds like it would be nicely aromatic. What about cherry crush? Do you have any tips on cleaning the top of your pipe if it shows signs of "char"? I have a briarwood Stanwell pipe, very nice.. The brass looks like it could use polishing where the stem connects and the top could use some cleaning where it appears lightly charred.

  • What pipe are you smoking at the beginning of the video? Is that a spit valve? Thanks!

  • @dieubussy Actually it's really nothing. I guess it's just a decoration. This is made by Ser Jacopo, which he did a series in Vincent Vangoh. I know my spelling is wrong. This is one of the pipe in his painting.

    Cheers,

    Michael

  • @rehfeldttw That's fascinating, I had no idea this collection existed. As an Art Historian I can say that the proper spelling is Vincent Van Gogh - although you write it exactly as it should be read. Thanks for the clarification Michael, keep uploading these interesting videos. Cheers!

  • Great looking pipes you show here: both the one you're smoking and the Boswell pipe as well. Those tobaccos seem extremely interesting. Above all, I love the Claude Debussy music on the background. Nothing like lighting a nice pipe lit with a smooth blend and some music on the background to massage the heart and the soul, wouldn't you agree?

  • @dieubussy Absolutely

  • Nice pipe. I'm still waiting for them to make some pipes so I can buy one. I want a shotshell pipe. What does the Northwoods taste like, smell like, and after you have smoked a bowl how do you feel? I want to know cause I was thinking of buying some.

  • @Sniper1968 you definitely should try it. It's a nice English blend, but a little on the strong side. But it's a very relaxing smoke. I highly recommend it. You really can't go wrong with Northwoods. More than likely you will enjoy it. Please let me know if you too like it.

    Cheers,

    Michael

  • When last we left off, you were in Vegas. Did that Iceland volcano action mess up any of your travel plans.

  • beautiful music

  • how much is pipe tobacco in your country?

  • What a beautiful pipe! congrats!!

  • bro, your wife allows you drop 500 or so a month on pipe and tobacco. I'm an atheist, but god bless her

  • This song always makes me a little melancholy, somehow reminds my of the great times that have passed and the on some level less enjoyable now that I am living in, Great pipe smoking music.

  • Hi Michael. Good to see you again. That is one very stylish poker pipe from Boswells. I love the carving at the bottom of the bowl and the freehand shank. The lucite bit also adds a touch of class.

What was the music Michael? The first tune was the tune from my son's mobile for his cot when he was a baby! What memories. I would love to know what the CD was.

    Cheers, Alan

BTW Hope your ankle is OK now and that you are fully recovered.

  • Nice pipe and good video

  • great pipe!

  • Hi Michael, you truly must be a pilot, you so have their talking style. When I listen to you I feel reminded of a pilot introducing himself, crew, flight route, and the weather. That's so cool.

PS: That lighter you are using, doesn't it leave a petroly aftertaste in the tobacco. possibly not cause you're still using it. But when I smoked cigars or cigarettes with that it always tasted like petrol.

    Best regards,

    Idris

  • Great looking pipe and nice selection of tobacco!!

    -Matthew
