has this home fell apart on you yet? I plan to maybe buy a kb home in the future but not if they are still the same quality as they have been.

I grew up in Oceaanside in the 1960's,my father paid 12,500 for a new house in a location called rolling hills estates.was beautiful back then.I have been back with my 3 daughters a few times,still nice but crowded.
