Elixer, also from the X-men, could alter his DNA if he got close enough to touch. Rogue, back when she had the death touch. The Haitian. Jean Grey when she loses it. Any number of psychics that aren't Mat Parkman. Nico Minoru, if she were willing to kill. That's just off the top of my head.

Batman wins with 5 min to prepare. That's just a rule.
