Any drummers out there?At about 1:30 into the song the beat of the drum changes.I'm a electric guitarist trying to learn what I can.Does this song change from what time signature to what time signature?Love Dale Hawkins and this song.I have figured some of this song and some of the bass lines.
I think that this really is Dale Hawkins. I have the original 45 of La Do Da Da and this live version is pretty good. Too bad you can't see him better in this video but I do believe that it's him. The man must be over 70! Give him credit! He's still rockin'!
The acoustics are terrible, but this doesn't sound like Dale Hawkins to me, if so he needs to stop playing cheap venues and get on a decent oldies tour.
If this is someone else, be fair to Dale and identify yourself.

Sound very much to me to be Dale Hawkins or they ( who are they? Have made an perfect copy cat.) I take my swedish SEK on this being the real deal.

It defenitely is Dale Hawkins. And it´s not a cheap venue, it´s a big rockabilly festival.
