That occurs when you have someone scope the room. Say you have Bella highlighted with that green dimond, you click on her and you'll see things like Scope Room, Entertain, Workout, Do Yoga, ect. You click on Scope Room and she'll look around the room. If she thinks someone is hot, then they'll glitter. Sometimes 2 people will glitter, then you can see who she likes more. Who she likes will appear in a message at the top. Like, "Edward is HOT!" That sorta thing.
