  • @DimmestOwl94 After looking up what Aztec push ups are, I have never tried them. Another push up that's really difficult but dangerous are superman push ups, I haven't tried those either.

  • I have a question how many times a week should I be doing these? I know I should keep the push-ups going till failure but should I be doing these every night?

  • @IRawrBReal I suggest doing it 2-3 times/week until your muscles become used to it. If you do the push ups till failure, you don't want to do them every night.

  • damn your lucky bro. You have like no body fat, so if you eat a lot and bulk up. Youll be a fucking monster bro. Me, i use to weigh like 250 back in 2008. I went to prison, and i got out and i was like 205.Im 198 with with like 18% body fat.Still much. Im only 18 but i need to burn more fat off for definition.Anyway,good shit!

  • @MarkIVFilms Thank you dawg, but honestly if you want to bulk up, don't just do these exercises. These are many for your shoulders, upper back, pectorals and triceps. I haven't yet finished my other videos but this should help you to get started. If you want tips on how to get some rip and rock hard abs, I can send you a message on your channel about various exercises that will make your abs hurt like hell!

  • Got anything speicifally for pectorals? i wanna aim for that perfect chest. i got the arms just havin trouble with chest. im doing 100 triangle push ups every 5 hours but nthin

  • @maldread88 triangle pushups work you tricpes more than your chest. if you want chest workout, try doing really wide pushups. try it, youll feel the burn where its supposed to :P if its still not enough, fill a couple of bottles with cement, put them in a backpack, and go for it. thats what i do, and its killer

  • @sc00t36 yes in fact I do....I just haven't had time to make other ones right now. This one if you couldn't tell is made specifically for "at home" without the use of weights or a workout gym. but I will eventually put up more vids.

    But I have a question dude. After that Ive been training, Im gettin aches, which is normal. But the problem is that, it takes a couple of days for aches to be gone, sometimes 4days.. It means that I cant train same muscle 2-3 times in 1 week...

    Can you please help me dude! I really want to start training hard, but the problem I have making it complicated... /Sorry if my English is bad, living in Sweden.. Waiting for reply... thanks..
