I love these two and i think the writers did a great job with making them friends at first and Luke having a little crush on her like a high school boy *so cute* and then finally at last he kissed her ,these are really the dreams of a teenage girl ,can't get over it !

Luke's relationship with Lorelai was true love, no other characters on this show had what these two had. Just pure fun to watch, sometimes I felt weird watching them together because their acting and on screen chemistry made it seem so real.
