Its a god grill but in retrospect I should have bought the the baby-q vs the bigger 200 model. Same gas lining but for the smaller unit looks like it heats up faster, its less heavier and less expensive. Those bigger skinny tanks are hard to find I usually find ones smaller. Will check the welding section.
Not sure why you don't understand the choice of propane tank, you put yours in a bag, it's meant to be portable, 20lb cylinders are not very portable.
@ttk1opc When this video was shot, the Weber Baby-Q would not work with the most common "camping" small propane tank -- the little green Coleman tanks. Now Weber has modified the design to accomodate the Coleman tanks.
Yeah, a Zephyr is a whole lotta motorhome! I think if we were getting a motorhome we would buy a Tiffin (probably a Phaeton). But we are very happy with our Airstream.
Thanks Sarge, we really do need to pick up one of those adapter hoses. It seems kind of ridiculous to go searching for these little blue propane tanks when we're hauling around two 30-pound tanks on our Airstream!
Hey you guys. There is an adapter for using your LP tank supply. Pick it up at Lowe's BBQ section. One end screws into the LP tank and the other is made up so it fits onto your Weber. You can get various lengths too so you can get far enough from the aluminum not to melt the trailer.

Where did the bag come from?

@Jondeutsch5 That travel case was an extra purchase. Weber makes several accessories for the grill (for example, side tables and a clip on light).

@mike82y It's just one way to do it. Those cedar planks are great with salmon!

Yeah, our Airstream is a good fit for us. We've done so much traveling in it, it would be hard for us to ever part with it!

Yeah, I have modified our metal loop so that the "fat tanks" will now fit. Wow, you sure you want to part with your Zephyr? Nice rig... :-)

I have the grill. I hate, really hate how the grill surface is grainy. It just holds on to grit and grime really good. It's hard to scrub clean.

Kristy says to scrub it when it's hot. Our grill isn't too hard to clean.

16.4 oz tank will fit !!!!!
You have to move the bracket out.
It was installed wrong from the factory.
- Remove burner.
- remove 2 screws that hold on regulator.
- slide regulator out still attached to bracket.
- install 16.4oz tank on the regulator.
- re-install regulator and bracket with tank attached for proper positioning.
Hope this helps...

Thanks, I just did the mod to my Weber. Now we are set to go with the fat (normal) tanks!
