I worked there for two weeks. They most certainly do NOT take orders for Comcast, because Comcast orders are way more involved than Saveology is set up to handle. Saveology mines people's data, then transfers the call to the vendor for the real sales rep to handle. (I later worked at Comcast). I really have no idea what saveology does, other than data mining.
Saveology charges fees and the employees never see any of those benefits, the ones that pocket all that money is the ones who already have hefty salaries in corporate, employees get minimum on their commission check, like 50 cents per sale on MSO which is Comcast, Charter, Time Warner, Cox, and that is lanudry money or as some call it, "chump change" they charge a $49.99 processing fee if you get Dish Network, and their minimum fee is $9.99 on Brighthouse.
Saveology is a retailer. They charge new customers a "Processing Fee". This is actually a "Dealer Fee", and not required. This money goes directly in their pockets. There are retailers out there that do not charge these fees. Saveology (known by many aliases) frames this charge as something that DISH, Directv, or ADT require. THEY DON'T. This is an extra fee that you should not pay. All retailers essentially have the same deals, so why pay a processing fee when you're trying to save? It's silly.
