Yeah that is always my suggestion, early in the beginning I took a shot of one of the cheaper hotels just outside of NYC. I never stayed there but it might be cheaper.

Furn, I am a rain-lover. Rain always, and I do mean always, makes a place more poetic, more feeling, more film-worthy in terms of soul. Like the time I saw the French Quarter in New Orleans in fog as thick as soup. Others with me were complaining, but all I saw was magic, magic like you captured here. New York's soul in Rain. The random photos you chose show a unique view through the camera that others do not have.

I used to live in Queens I miss it. I don't know where I would rather live...the quiet of NJ is too quiet, the city is very expensive I'm hoping Pa will give me a nice mix.

Ha, I would not want to live there, but I always found NYC to an interesting city.

I spent 3 weeks in Brooklyn installing a napkin folder for a small mfg. company. I was treated very well by the locals and was treated like royalty by the two brothers that owned the mfg. company. They noticed how hard I was working to get them up and running with our company's product and they called me a "soldier". Which, coming from their ethnic/religious background, was one hell of complement.

NYC is more than just interesting it's got so much to see, so much history, I never get enough. Most places you go in NYC will treat you right all the negativity is from years ago not current. NYC is a melting pot.
