@facciadimerda It is thanks to these unethical experiments by Russian and German/nazi scientists that we are far more developed and civilized today. And torturing a torturer would just bring you to their level, it leads to nowhere but spreading bad behaviour. Today's science can never bring such effective results as it did during the post-war age, thanks to morals & ethics.

The fact remains clear, at least to those of us who know our history as well as medical science, that the only infallible method of testing is one the subject itself. Example: though considered as evil as possible the work of Doctor Mengele and other "Nazi" scientists are still used today as there was no other way of finding out what the body did in those horrific situations other than to experiment on the prisoners.

Why can't you revive something dead? Becuase public science currently says no? That's a tad arrogant. I wouldn't want to go saying what is and isn't possible. Supersonic flight was impossible 150 yrs ago, except in theory

I do know that there are experiments with a saline solution that they drain the body fluids then pump saline into the body that can preserve badly wounded soldiers so they can be operated on and revived...

Maybe the reason this works in lesser animals like dogs is because we can't test dogs for things like consciousness and language, and so we accept baser functions as proof of revival. I imagine if we did this to a person, they'd come back, but as a "mindless" animal instead of a thinking person.

Now i'm confused. Although i know nothing of biology i do remember being told at one point that after 6 minutes of receiving no oxygen to the brain, you die, because your brain is irreversably damaged too severely. How can this video be entirely true, if the dog was dead for ten minutes, and a couple of days later, was back on its feet?

Only 10 minutes elapsed. Realistically speaking, the brain already suffers enough damage to be much after 3 minutes without oxygen. However, if they managed to keep blood pumping through it, even a little bit, it could be reanimated, and remain alive for at least a few minutes.
As for sewing the head back on, impossible, absolutely impossible.
The spinal cord is one of the few things in the human body that simply doesn't heal if it's severed.
