Thanks for the video! I am buying either the HFS100 or HFs200 mainly to shoot videos at WDW. I want to capture some darker shots inside Pirates and other attractions. At you shooting in Cinema mode? Great job on the night shots!
@MrDVCfan No I did not shoot in Cinema mode. I find that changes the colors in a way I do not like. However I did change the default frame rate from 60i to PF30. This helps with indoor and darker scenes a little. The nightime shots used fireworks mode to keep the graininess down and make the blacks really sharp.
@MrDVCfan You will have a hard time getting the Pirates without a lot of grain, even with the HFS100 or HFS200 which are better in low light than my HF100. Its just a matter of light and optics physics. Perhaps night mode will work best for you ? Ride it a few times using different modes perhaps ?

What a great video! Fantastic shots at night also.. I would love to get to Disney at the Holidays to experience all the lights and celebrations, maybe someday... I'm sure it is packed at this time of year?
I got a few minutes of the finale but I didn't put it in the ten minutes I uploaded. The water fountains take up a lot of the show and do not video very well. Also, we were just behind a spotlight gantry which got in the way of some of the fireworks. Next time I will sit a little bit closer to the front. Others have done a better job than I did last month so good for them !

We were there Dec23-Dec25, It was very busy. It is packed Dec26 to Jan1.
You don't really go there at that time of the year for the rides... The regular wait time for Soarin at Epcot was almost 3 hours !
There is never a line to see the Christmas decorations !
