@angeleyez748 if you have the intention of 4 rakat then after u have prayed 2 rakat read full Attahyatullahi ( you dont need to read dorrod or dua here ) and stand up for the 3rd rakat ....

Dear bro Sunnah prayer r not compulsory , but its has lots of Benefits such as its compensate and make up for any shortcoming or incompleteness in the obligatory Prayers. The Prophet pbuh said: Whoever prays 12 Rakat during the day and night will have a house built for him in Paradise.” It is stated in a hadith that whenever a Muslim prostrates to Allah, He will elevate him one degree and forgive him one bad deed.

And Sunnah Prayers increase the light of emaanin the heart, as each Prayer brings light to the heart of Muslim. Try to pray the Sunnah's as best you can, it'll only help you in this life and the next.

And about witer prayer i would say that it is highly recommended to perform Witr, as it was practiced by the Prophet pbuh and he encouraged Muslims to practice it. However, it is not compulsory to offer Witr prayer according to the some scholars. u can pray witer 1, 3, 5 and 7 Rakats

Only the stance is slightley different for women, when they are standing and reciting sura Fatiah ect their hands are usually held over their chest, (well that's as far as I'm aware).

@thesassyprincess96 It depends on the reason for your prayer. If you've got the intention to pray to Allah and connect with Him, it shouldn't feel like it's taking forever.

Lol I agree that we should be a little easy on the critizing HOWEVER IIII would put Allah with a capital...and we cannot assume what Allah will forgive and what Allah won't, however to me it doesn't seem like a big deal either. :)
