wow!! ive shot a 300+ hog with shotgun 2 times and he ran of and after 7 hours of tracking (with no dog) we still didnt find him. do u think u may have jumped him while tracking him 'cuz thats the only reson i can think of him to run like that

@bigD96000 They have such thick hides with the sheilds and all I wouldnt think a shotgun would penatrate far enough on buck shot. No, he just took off from me and headed back to his bedroom across the street to recover. I did however jump a hog off its death bed after it had bled all out. He took off and we never found him. The adrenaline can keep them going even without O2 in the lungs

I have heard that Winchester makes a 64 grain .223 round under the super-x brand that shred as it hits flesh, where the FMJ can travel through the hog, Just a thought I could be totally wrong but trying to help you solve this situation

@camargopark1985 that was the 3rd time. I never posted the first time that happened over a year ago because it was realy hard to see the hog in the vid. Even in this series, just before i turned the light on him on the lawn, he could be seen walking across the screen on my puter. Y'all can't see it on tube but I can in the raw file, so, this IS the 3rd time.
