The game actually seems to track ammo for some opponents - if you kill the SMG guys before they unload lots of bullets, you can get nearly-full SMGs. I did that a couple of times.

Alucard uses Rasengan Chidori with wind nature in a sonic kamehameha while a super saiyan 5 and in super sonic mode while playing janken with Tobi and wins, then makes Tobi go Madara and have an epic battle of proportions with a piece of rubber on a baseball ball bat in a time warp that exists in Tobi's mind while Pein yells at him for the whole incident where Alucard uses the Rasengan...
