@dyschickaqt hey lady! for this size, i leave them in, but this is the way i twist no matter how big or little they are or whether or not i leave them in or pull them out for a twist out.
I did just as you suggested, but i guess that my hair in certain sections is very soft because as tightly as I twisted, just as you demonstrated, it still unraveled into a very loose twist. Any other suggestions? It only does this in the back, not on the top or sides.
@CharliGirl868 yes that is probably the case. there are some types of hair, no matter how tight you twist it, it won't stay. in those areas i would suggest putting some small rubber bands on the ends to hold them together. good luck!
@LongHairDontCareLLC Thanks for the suggestion. Any suggestion on controlling shrinkage? I'm in the "tween" fro stage and I haven't figured out what I can do to stretch my hair when I wear twists.
you sho is pretty n i like the natural way u do ur makeup. your twists r always fly so i will def b tryin this method n d future. is ur hair dry, damp, or saturated? i know i get various results depending on my hairs moisture level at twisting
@Loneekay thank you! my hair was damp. i like to do this size on wettish hair. and you're right, you get different results depending on how much or how little moisture [and what kind] you have in your hair! thanks for watching!
Geeze! Thank you my friend! You just taught me Hw to twist.! Yahoo! My husband was laughing saying wow you do learn stuff from the tube..;) thank you!
Twisted my almost 17 month transitioning hair last night for the first time. Both side look good. The crown is atrocious. My texture is different there and it's all spacy. I went back in this AM and added more twist and twisted them looser. It's better, but I don't think I'll be wearing them out.
do you leave the twists as a hairstyle or do you turn it into a twist out later?
