Are you talking about Modest Mouse? The didn't burn out fast, they have been kicking it for over 10 years. The reason they aren't big is because MTV and record exects think groups like the Jonas Brothers and Lady Gaga should be toppinng the charts. Everyday America can't handle the awesome power of Modest Mouse. I am personally okay with this. I don't need everyday chodes trying to tell me how cool Modest Mouse is. Some treasures are better left down low (even though MM has a huge following)
